Very comfortable and convenient

Unfortunately the room had bed bugs and we had to check out. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about it but they did refund our money

We stayed one night in Jun2026, on our way to Calgary. Our first time at this hotel. It was excellent. Comfy bed, relatively quiet, walking distance to restaurants, the the continental breakfast had great choices. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancake, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit and various breads and pastries. Would recommend.

it was a great stay, the staff are amazing and helpfull and friendly. There was several tournaments that weekend so the lobby was constantly filled with kids and loud, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a very handy location.

Hot tub was too hot

The room was very nice and it was very clean. The hot tub was great. The breakfast was very nice with a person refreshing it constantly. Great place to stay

It said there was a fireplace in the ad... it didnt work and the staff said they dont work.. the toilet needs multiple flushes to clean out. The room noise was brutal, traffic and the water system.. the A/C was loud for $400/ night i have higher expectations. I wont be back.

Nice place but over priced

The new beds made for an incredible nights sleep.

Old style toilets very low for seniors.rooms were clean,breakfast is typical of most hotels,prefer to go out.

We had grandchildren come visit while we were there. They got ill while there, and the staff were very helpful in dealing with unexpected consequences.

Other than the air conditioning unit sounding like our room was about to blast off into orbit, great stay! Front desk was efficient and friendly, rooms were super clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub was great for our kiddo and the breakfast was awesome.
