I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this is the first time I didn’t see any hot plate options like eggs and meat. But a staff member asked what I would like and the cook in the back prepared it. It’s the low season, so I suppose that was why.

I was able to check in much earlier than expected. This hotel and amazing staff always exceed expectations. My favorite hotel in Heraklion.

Wonderful hotel and staff, lovely pool, great food.

I would very much recommend this hotel. If you don't mind the 20min walk to the centre of town and the slightly challenging parking it is faultless. Comfortable, quiet and great facilities. The staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. Special mention to the breakfast - staff and food excellent.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten schon in unser Zimmer obwohl noch keine Eincheckzeit war. Unser Auto wurde von einem Mitarbeiter eingeparkt, was sehr hilfreich war!

Front lobby was uncomfortably warm.

Stayed for a couple of nights before going on to a big resort to meet family. Lovely comfortable room, clean and tidy. Great breakfast. Food by the pool was a little expensive but the pizza was fantastic

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit tight, but comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The service and warmth of the staff was evident from the moment we arrived. The great pool and restaurant were amazing which was great because we had been travelling for weeks and could not muster the strength to go into town.
