The room smelled. The room and bathroom were dirty. The front desk told me the pool was closed but wouldn’t tell me why. There are junkies wandering the property. Several people with big dogs and ankle monitors. Pick a diff property

Cool stay , pool was clean my family enjoyed it. Service was good. Only thing I have to say is room is a little outdated.

Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but the room was super quiet, just what I needed.

The hallways smell so bad. Luckily the room didn’t stink. It did have roaches but didn’t see them until the last day or would have been gone sooner. If I didn’t have a dog with me then I would have asked for a refund right after checking in. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed and there was mold growing. Would not stay again.

First room had a foul smell but they had no problem with giving new room upon request.

One out of the three front desk staff was superb. I was checked in by a guy who was great and then I ran out of towels. I called down and a man told me that the housekeeping staff would be there to supply me with more towels. The next day, I went down to the desk and the person behind the desk was dry, never looked up, and said again housekeeping will be by. The next day I went down and the same guy I checked in with gave me some towels and then said housekeeping will bring me more for the remainder of my stay. An hour later, housekeeping came with enough towels to get me through the remainder of my day and removed the old towels. I was staying 6 days.
