I always stay at silver legacy

Not a great stay! Room was not the cleanest . Went to take shower and there was blood on the “clean “ Housekeeping walked into our room, Apparently I didn’t hear her knock, because I was in the shower!!! This happened at 10am, check out was at noon!!! Supervisor apologize stating a manager would call us….well that did not happen and it’s been over a week! Absolutely disgusting!

I had reservations for a king size bed but when I checked in I was told that there wasn't any king beds left.

They held those noses up at me. And up charged me on a prepaid stay. $ 500. EXTRA! After the saw me. Expidia is doing the same thing. I will be taking this to court. I never stayed. Instead. I sit in a shelter.

Rough parking

Not telling us the pool was closed was a major disappointment. I booked there because they had a pool. Nowhere in the booking did it say the pool was closed.

Room smelled of pot. A/C was non-existent at best - had to buy a fan. The whole place smelled of mold. Casino was on take everyday for a week. Sketchy, homeless people wandering throughout the facility day and night from the streets.

Great location for those who need a night in town before an early morning flight. Nice rooms, great bell service, free self parking, 10 minutes from airport. Would stay again.

first off, all 5 elevators were not working, some days only 1 elevator working, at check in time the lines were out to the lobby to get an elevator, to go down elevator it was way full so only way down was to get in on the elevator going up then wait for it to stop and go down. housekeeping request was just ok, did do all I requested, the one day that my room was cleaned it was a good job. hotel is older, restaurants and clubs close early, lots of homeless people walking around inside walkway between hotels and outside they like screaming. front desk didn't know about any limo service, but bell captain did. if you want 3 hotels/casinos connected together then this may be good for someone.

The hotel was clean but staff were not. Almost every employee we encountered was rude. Also the AC in our room wasn’t working. We couldn’t get the temp under 71. So many of the cool things we liked are no longer there. Restaurants we loved pare gone as well. The Row isn’t what it used to be.

No microwave and refrigerator did not get cold. Had to use ice to keep diabetic meds cold. Otherwise enjoyed the stay. Would stay here again. Clean room, bed was comfortable.

Quick stay to see a concert. Convenient location and friendly staff.

It’s huge hotel. But comfortable everyone was helpful

Service, staff, and accommodations were great however room was hot! AC in all 3 rooms booked for family would shut off allowing room to be over 70 degree F. Would not get below 70 degrees, too hot to sleep with outside temperatures of 85 degree F.

Clean room. Nice furnishings.
