Es war einfach super und wie beim ersten Besuch fühlte man sich sofort daheim. Toller Service, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Alles sehr gut. Angenehmen. Parkplatz auch in der Nähe.

I was on an Easter visit to Hamburg with my three boys, and had chosen Radisson to ensure quality. But we were somewhat disappointed. When we arrived, it turned out that the family room we had booked was occupied and we were therefore placed in a suite with a made-up sofa bed. Here, the staff had forgotten to put down duvets and pillows. We asked to have it fixed, but when they came they had only made up for one, why we still needed one. The hotel advertises that it has a spa area. However, it is only open from 4-9 pm, even on public holidays, such as Easter in this case. The hotel's breakfast buffet is clearly undersized for the size of the hotel, which is why the queue for breakfast is incredibly long. Overall, I must say that it was a disappointing experience to visit Radisson in Hamburg.

The girl that was at the reception looked so annoyed. I couldn’t hear what she was saying she was not informative I had to ask everything. she was the reason I did not like that stay. Breakfast not the best there was not a lot of options.

There was substantial noise in the evening on the 26th floor. Seems like noise from a laundry room running in the night.

Grosse Auswahl, sehr frisch, wie gepresster Orangensaft, Ananas und Co .Ständig wird aufgefüllt.

Sehr leckeres, vielfältiges Frühstück.
