I selected this hotel based on past stays at other Best Western Plus / Premier properites. What didn't go well was this particular property was advertised as having a shuttle to the airport, which was one of the primary reasons I selected this option. The hotel also isn't on airport property and takes approx 10 minutes to get to. I would have selected another closer option had I had all the information up front because on the day of my arrival, I was told by hotel staff the shuttle was discontinued the week before I arrived. This resulted in having to hire a Uber/Lyft at additional costs to get from/to the airport. The website still has not been updated to reflect no shuttle service. Oh, and the "no longer offered shuttle" van was parked out front of the hotel - so who knows what is actually going on. I'll pick another property for a future stay.

The pool is nice. The breakfast was good. The room was good.

Tripped in parking lot, fractured a bone, went to hospital so did not spend a lot of time there. Staff was very helpful.

I always stay here when I am in town. Location is perfect. Not sketchy or anything. Hope it won’t change.

Older hotel that shows its age. "Accessible" room was cramped (for a wheelchair), and bathroom had no safety bars. Staff however was very helpful and did what they could.

Most amenities were unavailable. Shuttle discontinued. Pool out of service. Vending machines out of service. Lobby doors were broken. Property was very poorly maintained. Breakfast was amazing compared to the rest of the stay. You can tell the ladies are trying their best.

Good location, basic breakfast included. Friendly staff.

Card keys did not work on all the doors. Pool was closed and not available. Lawn furniture in the pool. Shuttle service was no longer being offered. Curtain handle to close curtain in our room was broken off and not replaced. Pieces of the sheetrock ceiling had fallen and were in the breakfast room chairs from the rain. Breakfast had alot to choose from but the hot food was horrible. Stick to the box cereal and packaged items.

WHILE WE GOT A LARGE, COMFORTABLE ROOM, THE SHOWER/TOILET AREA NEEDS WORK, PEELING WALLPAPER, SHOWER NOT CLEAN

The room was clean and adequately sized. The room didn’t include an ice bucket or toilet paper holder. The breakfast buffet was good. Overall, we had a good stay.

Most of the outlets in the room or not working. Thankfully, they offered us another room that we had to move everything to. None of the outside doors worked with our key card.

Very clean room. Nice & quiet otger than traffic on tge interstate.

It was clean, shower had good spray and the water was hot. Bed was comfy. The staff was excellent!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Got woke up by the cleaning people at 9:30 even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Not a big deal but you got to remember. People are from different time zones so that was early for me. All in all stay was good. I will definitely be returning when I come to Wichita again.
