Comfy beds and clean rooms. I would suggest asking for a room away from the main road - it is much quieter.

Our room was clean, modern and overall nice however the beds were not comfortable at all. It was also quite noisy with the night clubs and street traffic.

Mold smell from washroom . And it was totally different from pictures.

We were woken up to a dog barking at 5am.

Family event in Kelowna and chose Prestige based on price and vicinity, and were pleasantly impressed with the quality rooms, helpful staff and great restaurant!

The staff were amazing and helpful. The place was super clean, the beds were comfortable and being close to downtown and the lake made our stay stress free. Sweet, definitely comng back.

I was intrigued to find this hotel offering $10 off per night where guest waives maid service. But it is a credit only on meals at the very good, but very expensive in house restaurant where $10 doesn’t make a dent. What first appears as an innovative environmental policy turns out to be a marketing gimmick. Figures!

Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The front lobby could do with a little upgrading to live up to the hotel’s “prestigious” name. That said, my room was immaculate & beautiful!! I am very particular, some say highly critical about hotel rooms yet I thoroughly enjoyed my time, felt very comfortable & pampered. The location is also great. I’ll absolutely be back!

The room was very spacious and the bed was thr most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel.

The place was amazing. The only thing, the shower head was very small and no pressure. But otherwise. Great value.

The first two night the heating wasn’t working and there was a constant cracking and banging noise coming from the baseboard heater that really affected my sleeping.
