Amazing resort, the rooms are superb, the food was unbelievable and the Staff couldn't be more friendly. The view from the private beach, hard to beat!!

J’ai réservé cet hôtel hilton en espérant retrouver les standards du hilton skanes monastir en tunisie, parce qu’il y avait 3 resto à la carte dont "the asian" avec du teppaniaki, pour les piscines, la plage qui semblait de sable fin, pour les infrastructures et les activités all in possible comme le ping pong. Et surtout pour la nourriture, qui dans un hilton 5 étoiles, semblait excellente comme mon expérience en tunisie. Déjà en arrivant, le restaurant the asian fermé depuis 5 mois, aucune mention sur votre site ou sur celui de l’hôtel, les tables de ping pong cassées ont m’a dit ( car absentes), la plage , pas de sable fin, cailloux dans l’eau, les piscines plus petites que sur les photos, on me dit que je n’ai pas droit aux autres resto à la carte, ( pourtant indiqué sur leur site et le vôtre, 1 fois par 7 nuits donc 2 pour moi) Le pire a été la nourriture, exécrable, quasi pas de choix, pas digne d’un 5 étoiles hilton. Je vous ai demandé par tchat de changer d'hôtel le lendemain de mon arrivée pour toutes ces raisons. Ce qui m’a été refusé par vous... Oui vous m’avez fait un " cadeau de 200 euro" pour un prochain séjour, mais cela ne dédommagé en rien le séjour que j’ai passé. Nous avons eu tous les 3 des problèmes intestinaux, nous n'étions pas les seuls francophones de l’hôtel à se plaindre de la nourriture. Plainte sera déposée prochainement sur le site de test achat, association de consommateurs. Je ne vous recommande pas pour publicité mensongère!

Initially a bumpy start as the previous guests delayed us with checking in. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We could not ask for anything more. The main restaurant buffet had the best food and at the best price. The fresh seafood restaurant is wonderful and the food is excellent to say the least but it's also the most expensive. This is also the most cosy hotel in town. Beautiful scenery, beach and everything else. Most other hotels are basically small versions of Disney land, or comparable to mini cities. The beach is far and kids can easily get lost. If I ever visit Hurghada again, this is where we'll stay.

Vi älskade vår vistelse på Hilton Hurghada Plaza! Allt var fantastiskt – den trevliga personalen, den fina miljön och den härliga servicen. Barnen trivdes från första stund och hade en underbar tid. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka och kan varmt rekommendera hotellet till både familjer och par!

Excellent séjour en famille au Hilton Hurghada Plaza De paisibles et agréables vacances au bord de la baie Les installations hôtelières sont bien au niveau d’un 5 étoiles Le lobby offre une vue panoramique sur le lagon et un cadre relaxant en soirée Le restaurant est bon est ouvert sur une grande amplitude horaire La plage privative est accessible depuis de beaux jardins bien entretenus Le personnel est très attentionné prévenant et toujours disponible Hurghada Plaza est un excellent établissement sa situation propose une marina et offre un point de départ pour une croisière afin d’atteindre de beaux spots de plongée sous marine Prévoir aussi une bonne journée pour la visite de la vallée des rois

Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel, great food and peaceful environment

I booked four rooms at Hilton Hurghada Plaza for my family vacation for six nights in June 2026. The hotel was very nice, the beach was very clean, and the staff were wonderful. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time there.

We paid for one of the most expensive rooms so we expected much. requested an early checked in at 2 which it didn’t happen, we ended up to the room by 3:40 not even at the check in time at 3. Food is decent not the best, juices and drinks are low quality, at the buffet don’t ask for water because they will give you a cup of water not bottles. We had 3 bathrooms in the room which one of them wasn’t working ( didn’t care since it’s only 4 of us ) they recommended us to the ultra unlimited which is supposedly everything for free. Ended up paying for food in the room and internet. We paid $750 dollars extra for the ultra unlimited. The relation guest manager Olaa is amazing and she tried helping out.

Very nice hotel right on the water with stunning views. Beach was nice, food in restaurants was excellent, hotel was nice and clean. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the pool as it really wasn’t anything special for this type of hotel and in order to enjoy the snorkeling you had to leave the hotel on an organized and paid trip. I would have enjoyed being able to snorkel right from the hotel beach

Stayed in the apartments as needed a kitchenette for the baby, very spacious and clean. Staff really helpful getting around.

Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön. Blick aufs Meer und Riff. Essen war gut 👍 Hotel ist gross mit vielen Gästen. Wenn es windig ist, macht es Geräusche. Etwas unangenehm. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleiner Hotelstrand mit wenig Schwimm Möglichkeit.

Temizlik cok iyi, tekne turu mükemmel ama Sauna, hamam gibi bir cok yerde ücretsiz sunulan imkanların bedelli yapılmasını anlayamadım.

Det stemmer ikke overens med et 5 stjernet Hilton hotel. Nærmere et Mallorca 3-stjernet badehotel. Værelser er ikke støjdæmpet, så man bliver vækket hver morgen kl 7 når personalet flytter rundt på terrassemøblerne. Ventilationen var lidt som pest eller kolera. Kører den larmer den helt vildt. og hvis den ikke kører bliver der nemt 27-28 gr på værelset. Og åbner man terrassedøren vælter det ind med myg/fluer om aftenen. Der er absolut intet hyggeligt i nogle af restauranterne - dem vil jeg betegne som et cafeteria. Ingen lys på bordet, gardiner eller bare lidt dæmpet belysning. Men maden var til gengæld god for en buffet. Spa/massagen er god. Men udeområdet mangler desværre med alt for mange ting for at det føles hyggeligt. Dog er aftenbelysning i udeområdet flot. Og så er der en næsten konstant støj (fra musik og mikrofoner) Helt vanvittigt at der spilles høj musik fra morgen til aften. Det var ikke derfor at vi havde valgt et Hilton Hotel. Det havde jeg forventet hvis jeg var fløjet som en charter ferie med all-inclusive fest og underholdning. Derfor vil jeg aldrig vælge dette hotel igen. Sikkerheden var i top. Gode muligheder for ture og dykning.
