Utrolig god service, smilende og hjelpsomme alle sammen fra de som jobbet i resepsjon, frokostbuffet og med renhold :-) Super beliggenhet, flott utsikt til kanal, flott lobby med all inclusive bar og snack. Vi kommer tilbake:-)

The hotel is safe, clean, and cozy. The rooms are silent and the blackout curtains really do their job. The bed and Lenin’s are super comfortable and the hot water is hot! The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind from the kitchen to the front desk everyone made me feel welcome and went out of their way to anticipate my needs. My only minor suggestion is to please have separate serving utensils for cheese and meats during the evening nibbles.

This hotel is a gem, would love to keep it a secret. The self-serve bar and daily cheese trolley make it extra special. The breakfast has lots of variety and they have gluten-free options, just ask and they will be happy to provide these alternatives. My room was a comfy canal view. It had everything I needed. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Amsterdam.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, love the drinks and Sandra in the breakfast room cooked a delicious omelette every morning! Central location too.
