Everything was wonderful. The hotel itself seems so be getting a little tired but still awesome!

The staff was incredible. The breakfast kitchen downstairs was perfect. The open, self serve bar was almost perfect (missing tequila) but otherwise, fabulous stay.

I love staying here every time in Amsterdam.

We had a great time at Banks Mansion! We had a canal view room, and it was lovely! The location is really central to so many things. Restaurants, the flower market, and the tram (to Central Station) are right up the block. The hotel itself is delightful! The breakfast each morning has a delicious variety of choices: fruits, yogurts, meats, cheeses, and an omelet station. The staff at breakfast is so friendly and accommodating. There is a 24-hour self-serve open bar with all you could ask for, as well as cookies or chocolates available all day. From 5:00 - 6:00 each night there is a most tasty cheese assortment and snack spread provided in the lobby/living room. Add to that, the free wine bar from 4:00 until midnight, and you really have it all. We enjoyed every second and hope to return!

Perfectly located for walking almost anywhere. The happy hour, cheese trolley, and breakfast were lovely amenities included in the cost. This really made the stay 5-star not having to worry about the usual high costs of hotel amenities. The room was cozy and comfy. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had a few hiccups. Nothing that was a show stopper. We certainly would stay there again.

Second time we've stayed at Banks Mansion...have never stayed anywhere twice before, so there is a reason why!! There is nothing to fault it...staff are lovely, hotel beautiful with its Art Deco touches, free bar and cheese platter...we will return and explore others in the Carlton group, too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely hotel, great service and very comforable

Our second stay at this lovely hotel and we plan to return on a regular basis. Romantic canal view room, lovely staff, 24hr free bar meant we always looked firward to coming back, after a day sightseeing, to relaxing in the lounge with a nightcap. Excellent location for everything.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Wine bar open regularly, cheese and meat appetizer bar nightly. Great cooked to order breakfast. Love this place.❤️also close to shopping and many restaurant choices.

This was a nice hotel and a great location. The room was small, but it was comfortable. The included beverage and cheese event in the evenings was very nice. The breakfast was also very good with many choices. Staff was extremely friendly. The only complaint I have is that no one ever came to clean my room the four days I was there - since it was just me, I didn’t mind because I’m very neat, but probably not a good thing overall ! And I was out almost the entire day. However, Nando, the person who would refill your minibar and take away dishes. So friendly and helpful and he gave me extra pot coffee pot.! I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was well staffed with friendly, helpful people. Everything in the room was topped up and the hotel has an open bar. An excellent trip.
