L’hotel è abbastanza vicino all’aeroporto, comodo ed accogliente, per arrivare in centro noi ci siamo sempre spostati con Uber che con 20/30 Zloty ci ha sempre portato un po’ ovunque in Cracovia. Ristorante del hotel noi ci siamo trovati molto bene ovviamente prezzi da ristorante di hotel quindi non proprio economico, ma non essendo in centro la comodità di mangiare in hotel con la famiglia senza muoversi la paghi. Colazione top. Parcheggio grande circa 10€ a notte. Piscina c’è ma troppo piccola, quando siamo stati noi era quasi impraticabile dal numero di bambini presenti….

Travelled with family for a site visiting. Stuff at the hotel was friendly. Hotel is clean. AC at the hotel very weak would not recommend staying during heat waves. Bus to the old town is located right by hotel very very convenient and easy to use. Stuff at hotel will help out how to use it.

Room was clean, indoor swimming pool was good bonus, staff very helpful. Parking was for additional fee. Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and tidy and reception staff extremely helpful. The hotel is a little out of the centre, but this is only around £4 in a Bolt or Uber taxi, so it was not an issue. I would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

The staff in the restaurant her name is Karolina , by her great service accommodating me as a vegan :) she went above and beyond It made my experience on the hotel more relaxing and welcomed Thanks Karolina

Good hotel. Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Easy parking though you have pay a small fee per night.

Room clean, bed and bedding very comfortable. Hire located close to public transport. Lifts were „playing up” a bit but it’s three of them so no „biggy”. Gym adequately equipped (but, let’s face it- just to cover basics - if you’re crossfitter - it will not meet your needs 😄), staff friendly.

Great rooms very spacious, excellent mattress! Lovely hotel, however the bar never seemed to fill the pint glass when ordering a beer. Would stay again, lovely breakfast as well.

The rooms were very clean. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good quality at a reasonable price
