Enjoyable stay

Very lovely place

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel our room wasn’t clean, the bathroom had hair on the floor around the tub prior to any of us using it, there was old food stuck to the picture in the living area above the desk, the bedding had stains on it. This next part is disgusting and thankfully we never ate at this hotel or had anything to drink, I had to get ice for my a family member that hurt their foot where the ice machine is was full of fruit flies, there was a pair of old shoes in a crate, the shelves were so dirty, and the curtains that were hanging at the entrance were in shreds and filthy. We had to walk by the back door of the restaurant to get to our vehicle and the door was swarming with flies, there was a pungent odour on the first floor by our room, my daughter said the smell reminded her of going to the zoo and the smell of the pavilion where the monkeys stay. Our family won’t stay there again I hope this review will help others decide if they want to stay at this property.

Clean rooms, staff is great. The only downfall is no breakfast. There was buffet brunch for $38/plate that starts at 10am. A little pricey to feed a family. Ricky’s is directly across the street from hotel in the Holiday inn.

A unique hotel with a really cool atrium and nice rooms , comfortable bed. Price was reasonable would stay again

The hotel was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We booked a king-size bed and were pleasantly surprised by how large and comfortable the room was. The staff provided complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping did an excellent job—they cleaned our room daily and consistently replaced our towels. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Other than the welcome underground parking I did not use any amenities to be able to rate them. Very nice room and friendly staff. I'd stay there again. Just overnight stop.

The rooms are spacious and clean, however no pool for the 3 days we were there kids were very disappointed

The room we had was extremely noisey. Sounded like a generator working throughout the day and night. Made for a bad sleep and not very relaxing, pillows were terrible. Everything else was great
