Lovely hotel, doesn’t look like much from outside but once you step inside it’s a little haven. Lovely courtyard and very friendly and helpful staff. My only real disappointment was that the bar and restaurant weren’t open the whole time we were there. One of the criteria I looked for when booking was a hotel with a bar and serving dinner; unfortunately neither were available on Sunday or Monday

This hotel's location is excellent for visiting the city. It was also very clean and a decent value for the money. The breakfast buffet was top notch and well worth the cost - providing excellent assortment of breakfast foods, excellent coffee, and a nice way to get the morning started. It is a bit expensive (the buffet) but overall I would say a great way to go. The housekeeping staff was just wonderfully kind and helpful.

Great location with car parking.

Had to wait a while to check in since we were early, but they were friendly & held our luggage. The courtyard was lovely, with a restaurant & places to sit. The room was quite nice, with just enough amenities to keep us through the next morning (coffee set-up, etc). Location was convenient - walkable to the Marais, and near 3 different Metro stations.

Overall great place to stay . Marais love this area. Great local bakeries - pubs - restaurants - metro is close . I would definitely stay here again. Yes air conditioner - very please about that for the summer . Staff were great - very attentive through my stay. Room always clean. Only two days was the elevator was not working during the day. Maintenance work.

We had a kind of poor experience here. Positives, the room size and amenities were great -king sized bed, kitchenette, decent bathroom with a tub. Hospitality was the main issue on arrival after midnight by train. It took 25 minutes to check us in, then we were set off to our room on the fifth floor of a building with a broken elevator. This was not disclosed to us by the night staff. No help getting the three large suitcases up these stairs was offered; we ened up falling down the stairs with our luggage. The room, though non-smoking now, smelled of 10,000 cigarettes having been smoked there. I had to heavily medicated to keep from having an asthmatic emergency. On checkout, we received needed help with our baggage and finally felt looked out for by the doormen porting our luggage and front desk staff. So, literally our experience was like night and day. The courtyard was cute.

Réservation d'une suite junior. Bâtiment Renoir. Franchement déçu par la prestation. Chambre pleine de malfaçons, triste et peu fonctionnelle : tapisseries décollées ou déchirées ; tête de lit en piteux état ; Tv installée ni en face du lit, ni en face du canapé et non inclinable, jamais vu ça ; chasse d'eau brankante et pommeau de douche qui fuit de partout, et avec une longe à peine de la longueur de son support ; canapé très froissé ; de courant qu'ils faut aller chercher sous les tables de chevets. Le pire est l'électricité. Les prises de courant de notre chambre etaient très mal fixées dans le mur. Ce qui pose un vrai questionnement de sécurité électrique. Un cache était même au sol. L'hôtel paraît plutôt de bonne tenue sur les photos mais la déception et la mauvaise surprise était au rendez-vous. J'avais une gratuité partielle sur cette chambre avec hotel.com. Peut-être était-ce leur plus mauvaise suite ? La literie était par contre très correct.

Fantastisk ophold! Meget serviceminded personale. Døgnbemandet reception. Gratis vand, til turen ud i byen. Meget hjælpsomt personale til morgenmad. Lækker og meget frisk morgenmadsbuffet. Professionel og uddannet personale overalt. Rolige omgivelser med dejlig gårdhave. Rengøring + skift af sengetøj hver dag. Tilbud om the og kaffe til værelset hver dag. Fantastisk roligt område med gode mulighedder for shopping. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage en anden gang! Til sidst vil vi gerne nævne den sødeste dame i receptionen, som tog sig ekstra godt af os, Hadji. Vi havde booket en dag for lidt, og derfor booket en ekstra nat i et andet værelse. Men det blev ordnet uden problemer ved indcheckningen, så vi kunne blive på det samme værelse under hele vores ophold. Tusind tak for et fantastisk ophold!

Indtjekning var lidt præget af uro - fik god hjælp og forklaring på ikke bare et men to reserverede beløb. Da det blev konstateret blev dette ændret straks og med stor proffessionalisme. Betjening i gården var næsten pinligt ringe - specielt i “drinks hytten”. Værelse rent - men ringe placering og tabt tøj på taget lige udenfor - kombineret med mange edderkoppespind var det ikke lækkert. Tilmed flød det med vasketøj på gangen fra lørdag kl. 18-ish til søndag morgen. Geografi er god.

Most of the staff was very friendly. We had 1 server who was dismissive and rude. Bar/food area closed at 11pm and no alternative way in the hotel to get drinks alcoholic or nonalcoholic or snacks. We had to walk to the outside bar to order drinks as there was no inside bar tender or outside server on any of the days we were there. No on-site laundry self service as advertised. Only very expensive laundering service. No airport shuttle/taxi service offered though it was advertised. I would consider staying here again though now that I have found the laundromat, convenience store and gotten to know the area.

Great location near metro and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond for any help we needed. The room was big (for Paris standards) and was clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Upon arrival we were impressed with a nice lobby and beautiful garden. The junior suite was large and beds comfortable, but on the second day we woke up with congestion/coughing due to the stuffiness of the room, although this might have just been the one we were placed in. We also returned to the room one evening after the cleaning service and discovered blood all over the inside of one of the bed sheets. This was extremely disturbing and we alerted the staff but the manager seemed unphased and unapologetic without attempting to remedy the situation besides for a new set of bed sheets. The hotel is in a great location and was spacious but facilities old and we were not impressed by the service - did not seem like a proper 4 star hotel.
