Staff very professional and the room was awesome

Close to the airport but far enough away that it was quiet. Off street parking available. Was not convient to food options. have to jump in the car for 10 minute drive. Staff are friendly and attentive.

The staff made the stay very comfortable with friendliness n courtesy.. they were very helpful with multiple concerns..

It was okay overall. We stayed at the Radisson because we had an early flight the next day, and it worked for what we needed. The hotel is a bit outdated, and the shower water pressure was very weak. Since we were only there for one night, it was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Unexpected delays in both of our flights put us in the Portland airport around 11:00 PM. Thank God this great hotel was only a few minutes from the airport. Only drawback was having to pay $12 to park in their parking lot!

My lights in the bathroom n one whole side of my room stopped working .. such an inconvenience but the staff made it up for me.. and were very helpful to remedy the situation.. The stay was perfect for it goals

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Rooms are clean and renovated. Shuttle service was great. Restaurant was nice and affordable.

I stay here regularly and am never disappointed.

We had a wonderful room and the hotel was excellent BUT we had to wait over 30 minutes for the hotel pick up bus. The food was tasty BUT the appetisers arrived after the main course. Our server told us they were chronically understaffed. Lovely hotel but it could be even better.

Lovely view of the lake from our room and restaurant, convenient and secure parking, oasis/natural feel for such an urban location. Friendly helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable.

Airport shuttle was prompt on time and efficient. Quick easy ride to the airport

The front desk Agent, Tate, was wonderful.

Room was roomy and clean. I returned the rental car after checking in, then called for the shuttle back to the hotel. I was told that it was on the way, but it did not arrive for 45-50 minutes. Other hotel's shuttles came and went twice while I waited. I called two more times and was assured it was on the way, but I just sat. In retrospect, I realize that this sounds like an insignificant complaint, but it isn't. On the other hand, the shuttle to the airport at 4:15 the next morning was smooth and quick - right on time and less than 10 minutes, as promised.
