Very central, very cool and friendly

The room is truly nice and the staffs are very friendly. We really love them! Hope to have the chance to come back in the future :3.

My stay at Hotel NH Brussels EU Berlaymont was truly lovely. On my arrival, I was kindly upgraded, and on Christmas Day I was surprised with thoughtful gifts in my room, which was such a nice touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Leaving tomorrow feels hard after such a wonderful time in both the city and the hotel. I would happily stay here again.

There was a leak in our room. Other than that it was fine but pretty inconvenient

Average, a little old

personnel was extremely friendly and efficient, although I wish they would speak more languages. The rooms were excellent, although the air conditioning was very noisy. The rooms were clean, although the tiles in the bathroom were turning yellow and they clearly needed a deeper cleaning.

Easy to get to by public transportation. Particularly good option when the EU/EC is not is session. Lots of neighborhood restaurants and bars. Hotel is in good condition, good multilingual staff and great breakfast.

Great stay in Brussels to watch the football, convenient location just outside the centre but easy to get about with the Metro only around the corner,
