De l’extérieur et dans le lobby l’hôtel parrait vieux mais les chambres sont bien rénovées, bien équipées, les lits sont confortables. Le restaurant est fermé le dimanche. La piscine et le gym sont très bien.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful with comfortable beds. Pool was great, sauna on the cold side. Wish the parking had better lighting. Would stay again, especially for the reasonable price.

We thought it could have been cleaner but I’m very picky so take it with a grain of salt. The hair dryer did not work and they definitely need new pillows. Aside from that, we slept like babies.

The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer.

The room was good but there was a loud screeching sound the entire time. I called front desk three times and never got a person. There was also a loud buzzing from hallway. Not the hotels fault but proximity to tent city and junkies not an ideal situation. Might look for a different hotel.

Lovely stay as always. Hardrock Cafe is on the main floor, excellent food. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our 2 night stay!

It is a great hotel. The staff is very helpful! The restaurant serves really good food. The only suggestion is that they could give the guests a discount if they have breakfast at the restaurant since they don’t offer free as others do.

It was nice to have a safe place to stay!
