We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely visit again. The staff is very friendly. They even opened the pool an hour early for my daughter so we could go swimming again before check-out. What a wonderful experience!

Needs updated, saw a roach in our room

Stayed with daughter for softball tournament, rooms need a few small renovations but for the most part very updated. Caulk and sealants were stained and dirty. Bed 1 was stiff but Bed 2 was comfy. Safe area and very close to highway and food/gas

We traveled from NC to TN for funeral for 2 nights. We needed more time in the area and Erika and Kim helped accommodate us for additional night. It was quiet, clean and convenient to the interstate. The bed was super comfy too.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had no problems with anything. Easy to get to just off I 40 .

everything was very good except for the breakfast. The coffee was terrible and there was no fruit.

The hotel location and access are very good. Our room was very quiet and the staff were excellent in accommodating our request. The bed mattress was also fine. We appreciate the hotel NOT allowing any pets and do not use any facility that allows pets. Otherwise the room was rather small for an advertised "Suite".

The bedding was poor condition and was on the lowest level it could be as well as not have a box spring

We didn’t end up staying the whole stay. The pool was not clean and was very cold. You’re not allowed guests in the pool but that wasn’t a HUGE deal. The room was clean but we did find hair (looked like animal hair) around the room/bathroom. Front desk staff was not very friendly in any encounter.

Super quick and easy check in. Staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and quiet.
