Excellent staff. Room was clean . Enjoyed the on site restaurant and bar, Hoffman House. Had an old time supper club feel with great food and drinks.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to be back!

The hotel looked dirty on the outside and even dingier on the inside in the common areas. The room was decent, but they could definitely use some upgrades. Long line at check-in time. They only had one person working and she was trying to fix a mistake a previous employee on the shift before made.

Everything was fine. But there was never water in the gym.

The hotel is older and could use some updates. There was police officers in the lobby off and on in the later evening. The bar was busy and the staff was good.

Shower not working- curtain tour and can hear every door opening and closing

The hotel was nice, really liked the attached restaurant. The hot water was luke warm at best. Plan ahead for a hot shower.

Woman at reservation desk was very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here before and have reservations for February 21 as well. Always clean and friendly staff. We stay here mostly when we are flying out of Rockford international airport but will stay here if we come to Hard Rock Casino as well.

The hotel was nice and well kept. The window in my room had a draft and the water didn’t get very hot.

All good except the pool was not working again! I was there two weeks ago and it was down for a part. I feel like they should warn you before you book!

When I booked the hotel, one of the two things that I wanted was a pool in a hot tub.When we got to this hotel, they said their pool was closed.But we could use the pool across the street in the cold

Great stay

No bar no breakfast

No notice that the pool was out of order. Put us in a handicapped accessible room. Curtains could not keep out light. No services including coffee whatsoever. Will never go back.
