Everything was okay

6-9 breakfast was late. We tried to eat after waking up at 6:10 so that we could be on the road by 7. Not even the lights in room we're on. No breakfast started till 6:45. Also noise out in the lobby till after 2am. We were in room 101 right next to lobby

hotel is not very clean. tried two tooms and the bedspread was dirty both times. got a third room and that room was habitable. shower didnt work well. the only good thing was the customer service. make sure you check the total room before you lay down.

I only was there for one night to visit family. The hotel had a site mildew smell to it, but I dealt with it. The one good thing that I liked was that the rugs were being deeply shampooed on the floor that I was assigned. What I didn't like was that the next day I had gone to put my belongings in my car and went back to my room to find out my key no longer worked. I was a little bit upset because my granddaughter was in my room And I couldn't get to her. They questioned me if I was checking out and I said no, but I needed to get back in my room because the time wasn't up for me to leave. They immediately reactivated my room key. I'm not sure if I'll ever return again. The rooms were OK a little bit outdated. The air conditioning was very outdated and very noisy.The shower needed more gripping support to prevent falls. I didn't do the complimentary breakfast. I didn't feel compelled.

I did not like people standing , walking , talking and smoking outside room window next to hotel entrance. It’s not a “motel” people shouldn’t be walking past your window which is 3 feet from the bed. You could not really have window shade open as people unload vehicles next to your room!!! Room 103

The property was kept up and the room was clean. I was surprised to see a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I had a nice overnight stay.

Overall condition of hotel dirty, sink and bathtub water holding in sink and drained very slowly, smell of Marijuana on 2nd floor veey strong, people in room next to ours had a dog who would not stop crying and barking , phone in room didnt work , floor dirty in room , outside hotel vwry sketchy looking people who woild just stare at you didnt feel too safe

Pool was the only downfall but the breakfast made up for it

The place is very nice, the service is wonderful, I would have liked more food for breakfast, they needed to have more ingredients, but everything else was excellent.

The stay was good, except at night the kids took over. They were all in the hall way playing ball. The ball was hitting the room doors. You would have thought a gun was going off in the building. So that was not good at all.

As soon as we parked the car, we were approached by a "homeless" man asking for money, he literally was going from car to car as people were unloading their luggage. Frost desk clerk was clearly uninterested in his job. Later in the evening there were questionable people coming and going. I would never stay here again.

Safe, quiet area, close to shopping and areas for good. Room cleanliness could certainly be improved and the property could use some cosmetic repairs. Large rooms, nice comfortable beds.

The building is well maintained, there was no cigarette smell as is often the case in "non-smoking" hotels. When we arrived to check in, we passed staff members during their smoke break near the entrance. The smoking there was not a problem for us. We waited only briefly until staff entered and helped us. In such instances, I suggest the staff member could immediately follow guests into the building to render excellent service. Staff were uniformly pleasant and very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, but sort of off the beaten path so not too many people staying there. Free breakfast is just waffles or cereal. But there is a Bob Evans restaurant in the same parking lot. Great breakfast there plus decent lunch/dinner choice.

Reservation canceled more than a week ago. Refund refused. I wonder if the room stayed empty or of it was rented?
