Possibly worst hotel experience ever. Front desk employee disinterested at check-in, old room keys scattered all over check in counter. Room keys did not work in door, one never worked and other took multiple swipes to work. Toilet in room overflowed with simple flush and no toilet paper, flooded bathroom. Went to desk to switch rooms and they had no record of us even being in that room. Sent to another room where key worked for first use and never again. Woke up for breakfast in the morning and were told there was not hot food available. Overall the facilities were in very good shape and rooms were very clean, but the operations and management were absolutely terrible. Was booked for a second night at end of trip and canceled.

Stay was Great

Great stay but with some issues. I stay at this hotel for the courtyard view. I received a room facing the parking lot even though the hotel was less than 50% full.First issue was i was given a handicapp room that had a broken door lock on it. Second issue, I had no soap or sink essentials on the sink. Third issue was the same as the first, they refused to move me to a room with a courtyard view, stating that the hotel had all those room full when there was no more than 20 cars in the lot on the first day and less than 10 the second day. I wanted to relax on the balcony with a beautiful greenscape view. I drove 40 minutes to this hotel for this exact reason and had it been really full i would have been disappointed but ok.

Clean, quiet, and family friendly. Perfect for our 1 night stay

The main issue we had is that there was leftover garbage from the previous guests left in the armoire in the room. When I called the front desk to have it removed I was told the housekeeper had just left. Otherwise the place was fine.

If you need a place to lay your head, you could do worse. Other then the person checking you in saying whats up man during a check in and

We travel a lot but this was by far the worse stay we've had. The first room we were given was not secured-- the door latch was keeping the door propped open. The light fixtures in the first room was not even attached to the ceiling and the light in bathroom did not work. We were given another room that had a distinct musty smell. We could smell pot in our room. There were no towels in the pool area. So I'm going to our sister. The topper was a call at 7:15 in the morning telling us that a company was there to repave the one half of their property and that they were calling ALL occupants to move their cars from that side of the building. When I expressed frustration that this was not communicated at check in and instead my family was woken up early, the gentleman said "I wasn't working yesterday" and "yeah that is annoying."

Rooms clean, nice place. Close to entertainment.

Staff were VERY rude and they’ve tried pulling the amount they first took off my card over 50 times and they already took it plus some during check in

Parking was horrible

Our stay was great! My daughter left her ear pods and the staff searched to find them. They were found in the laundry! They went above and beyond to make sure we got them back. Even mailed them to us the next day!

Saw bugs in our room. Was getting charged $3 per coke can small and $2 for small water bottles

New and clean place. Close to Meijer market.

I booked the stay last minute as other plans of mine fell through. I booked it based on reviews and was a little skeptical based on the price, but I couldn’t have been more pleased. Our room was spotless, all the common areas were very clean. The room smelled pleasant ( you know how many hotels have that cold kind of musty AC smell?) Not here it was great. And quiet. I will absolutely book here every time I’m in the area. It should honestly get a higher rating than it does.

Reasonable

Check-in was quick and perfect attendance at the counter was very professional. Breakfast in the morning for five bucks was excellent. The only complaint I has is that we were on the first floor in the room had a smell of wet dampness make the carpets have been wet or cleaned and not dry properly.
