Great location and parking for flight the next day. Everything was very clean and staff was friendly.

Muito conveniente. Passei apenas uma noite e me atendeu super bem. Tem piscina, academia, lavanderia, café da manhã e estacionamento grátis. Quarto bem grande, banheiro bem funcional. Valeu a pena se for para estar próximo ao aeroporto.

Had a bit of a time adjusting the temperature so it was neither too warm or too cold.

The air temperature was perfect! Nice breakfast!

Very appreciated that they adjust their breakfast time for Chicago Marathon. Overall very clean with excellent breakfast.

Frequent airport shuttle; nice hot tub; good breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; but be careful of getting an interconnecting room - I could have joined in the conversation next door, the level of noise was quite intrusive!

Lobby gave a very cramped feeling. Rugs seemed very old. Staff were extremely gracious and efficient.

Easy, convenient pre or post flight. Short drive to/from O'Hare. Great breakfast and regular shuttle service.

Room: ants in room by microwave, bathroom door didn’t close properly (had to use whole body to push) and the door dragged on the floor loudly. Hair in between folds of towels. Breakfast buffet: employee constantly yelling at people (not us) to close the lid on the tray of eggs. Slamming doors close at 10 when people were waiting for bagels to pop up. Pool: unsupervised kids. Notified front desk and the kid were there for another hour while we were. Safety: exterior door to parking lot did not lock or require key card to enter for the entirety of three day stay. We notified the front desk on day 1 Both key cards stopped working on day 2 of three day stay. We were locked out of our room and they had me and three kids wait in the lobby at 9 pm until my husband arrived to show his id even though it was my credit card being held for the hotel room. The next morning the keys stopped working again. Overall, not an impressive stay. Would not recommend…especially for the money spent.

Everything is good, Unfortunately, the TV system had an issue — the screen showed a bluish tint, which was uncomfortable to look at. It seemed that all the TVs in the hotel had the same problem.
