The reception staff were unhelpful when explaning that there were no towels and no water in the room. Breakfast was reasonable.

Et hyggeligt hotel i gåafstand til centrum og seværdigheder. Personalet var venlige og servicemindede. Vi boede på et stort comfortværelse med gode lænestole, køleskab og en lille altan. God og varieret morgenmad. Der er en del gadestøj. Parkering var lidt besværlig med dog mere tryg og billigere end gadeparkering. Hotellet har en hyggelig lille gårdhave. Der er en del caféer og restauranter i området.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location was great and close to many shops and cafes. The room was clean and worked well for my needs. The bathroom was a touch dated, however it was more than suitable. The staff were friendly and assisted me with laundry services which was absolutely clutch for only traveling with a carry on for several weeks.

Very good smallish hotel on the outskirts of Rotterdam, clean and quiet, very well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast.

Sjarmerende og hyggelig hotell Vi var fem damer som hadde hvert vårt rom. Alle var fornøyde. Utrolig gode senger! Deilig at man kunne sove med åpent vindu. God frokost.

The hotel is aged but the furniture and care is quite well. It was a comfortable stay. The biggest problems are floor creaks (expected) and in my room corridor light was visible from sides of the door which was not ideal.
