I stayed one night with my family, the room was quite small for four people, the bed were prepared only for two people, no sheets and towels for all. Breakfast reasonable.

Mooie nette kamer, voldoende parkeerplaats bij de accommodatie, Ontbijt ok maar iets meer variatie in het broodbeleg mag wel. Jammer dat er geen laadfaciliteiten zijn voor elktrische auto's. Algemeen wel tevreden.

Good place for the family.

This is really a 3-star hotel with 2-3 star service. How this can be rated 4-star is beyond me. Staff can not be recognized dressing in casual clothes with no name tags. Most of them would need some serious coaching in service. To me this hotel seems to survive from all the tour groups staying over - probably due to the close proximity to the highway. Pool was well kept! Breakfast ok but a bit dirty!

One night. In Caen to see war history and ancient history Pouring with rain when we arrived so we had to completely change our plans. Room ok Dinner for me was terrible. No care taken in the care and presentation Steak very tough! service ruthless manner Breakfast much better

This hotel is a basic minimalist! Rooms had no Coffee, drawers, not even a picture on the walls. Very basic menu and without a reservation you could not eat dinner in the restaurant. Very clean but not near any attractions.

A great location for our needs - straight off the ferry. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. A special mention to the bar manager who recommended one of his selected wines - it was superb!

Great overnight stay prior to getting the ferry, staff friendly and helpful. Nice outside pool and sun loungers in garden area, with small football/tennis nets. We didn’t eat here due to visiting Ouistreham and leaving too early in the morning. Clean and comfortable with a nice modern feel.

Tres bon accueil, service impeccable rien a voir avec le Novotel de Bayeux. Petit déjeuner parfait avec de nombreux choix. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au Novotel Côte de Nacre. Les installations été adaptées aux enfants et le personnel Kids friendly. Nous regrettons les mauvaises odeurs de remontées dans la salle d’eau et les toilettes que nous avons signalées au personnel. L’hôtel est facilement accessible par le tram 1 et 2, nous avons pu visiter Caen à pied facilement. La chambre et les sanitaires étaient très propres.

Das beste Hotel unserer Reise, leider auch das teuerste. Selbst bei Abendanreise noch kostenloser Parkplatz, kleiner Pool, sehr komfortables Zimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Uitstekende service, voldeed aan alle verwachtingen.

Very comfortable with a friendly welcome on arrival. Nice restaurant which was a little slow but worth the wait. Well signposted and plenty of parking.
