The staff are very friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. We were really happy with the location and comfort of the hotel. The breakfast was great as well. We will definitely stay there again.

No hot water in shower, breakfast didnt have hot meat or eggs

Was double charged for the room they took care of the double charge but the hold stayedthrough the entire stay

The staff is friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and comfortable.I like getting a cup of hot tea before going to bed.The variety of tea is great.

An ice storm took out the power so we drove all the way there to be turned away. Wish the staff would have let us know about the outage. After 60 miles there and back 60 to Buelah mi. was 120 unnecessary traveled miles. I deserve a comp for future trips. I will check to see if my money is credited back to my carry. I realize it’s not their fault but I feel that I should have been contacted. Thx

Great front desk service. Comfy bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast.

The front desk was informative on issue with hot water and made sure to get room with no issue. Bed was comfortable and made it easy to relax with some tv I don't get at home. Shower felt good in morning..breakfast nook had quite a selection...not sure bout any hot selections cept for coffee.

We were given the wrong room initially when we notified them we had booked 2 Queen we were given another room which also had 2 doubles. The Hot Tub was out of order, the washing machines were also out of order. The bedside lamp didn’t work. The bathroom door was a pocket door and the fan in the bathroom did not work. The room was clean, the sheets and pillows were comfortable. The staff was accommodating. The Hotel maybe going thru updates ??

Very nice hotel when in Charlevoix working!

The hotel is very nice. Has some older features that are appealing. However, every morning there was a lot of noise, banging of pans, talking, and no soundproofing between rooms. We were close to the dining area and could hear breakfast being set up and every noise housekeeping made. It wasn't very restful. But rooms were clean, housekeeping in every day, pool and hot tub were nice.

close to Boyne mountain skiing. Staff great. loved the breakfast staff- she was great. Hotel had some age but rooms were clean

Suite was nice, Price Reasonable, Staff very nice. Hot tub out of service, Pool dirty, Breakfast decent, Could use some TLC

Our room had mold all over the bathroom. Had to clean toilet before we could use it. Hair was everywhere in shower and bathroom. When we told the front desk they said they knew and would clean it eventually. Food was decent and most staff were friendly. Pool was cool but ok

Loved my room, my only issue was the bedroom and bathroom floors were freezing cold.

Clean but possibly the smallest motel room I've ever seen

It looked clean but our room smelled of stale smoke and piss. The smell overtook the room. It was awful. When I asked to be moved, the receptionist said all rooms were booked and offered a bottle of carpet spray. I would never stay there again.
