This hotel is nothing like it’s described in the reviews. I was very disappointed with my stay. The room felt extremely bare and uninviting, with no refrigerator or basic amenities that make a hotel room comfortable. It didn’t have a cozy or homey feel at all—it felt more like an empty room than a place to relax. The bed was also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Clean room a bit dated and the tv is not a smart tv have to just use some available channels in English great access to body shop gym included and the location is great. Hotel bar has great drink special from 6-9pm

Its a great value stay to spend a night in the city. Its consistent, strategically located and clean. There was only a minor issue wirh the AC that doesn't make the stay 5 star worthy, but its fair to recommend it.

We were recieved vey good by the staff, the room was, clean and well equiped for a 2 Day trip...only the restaurant was note active... But the breakfast was really good...

They are doing much needed maintenance, but the room was dirty, the AC was leaking into the floor. In the common areas, the bathrooms are in poor condition with sub standard repairs and materials. This hotel was top notch the last time we stayed here, and you can tell that it's below 3 stars now

El hotel está en una ubicación muy céntrica, se llega bien a todos lados... la higuiene de la habitación estaba bien, el personal muy atento, desayuno excelente

The room that it was assigned to us, had a funny smell. I went right away to the lobby and I was assigned a new room right away. They were very helpful.

Normal restaurante no es bueno

La habitación olía a mocato, a viejo y a humedad. Cuando llegamos d madrugada no había parqueo disponibles. No nos permitieron parquear en el de discapacitados a pesar de que eran las 2am. Tuvimos que parar en la calle. Esta mañana a las 9am fue una señora tocando la puerta y la abrió, estando nosotros durmiendo, cuando salgo a verificar ella sabía que teníamos checkout pero aún así quería saber si queríamos servicio en la habitación osea no entendí. No vuelvo jamás
