The suite we had was more than what I had expected. Very clean and spacious

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Although they made an effort to tidy and clean it after I expressed my concerns, I believe the rooms in this hotel require a deep cleaning. That said, the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful.

Loved the property and our room and location. If I could offer one piece of advice if you are 3 people book the larger family room because the couch is not comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable as was the whole suite! I would pay the extra and get the extra beds! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back. 😊

The suite was 2 bedroom with 2 baths. Excellent rooms and staff were very friendly.

Clean and well appointed suite. Centrally located and walkable to Parliament Hill, National Art Gallery, Mint, Byward Market, Sparks Street Mall, National War Memorial, etc. nice coffee shop in lobby.

The property location is great, rooms are spacious but needs better cleaning. Being a 4 star hotel, they should use quality products in terms of toiletries.

This is a nice hotel in a good location but my room was a bit disappointing. I did like that I could walk up the stairs to my room & back out into the lobby (stairs went to the 4th floor). My room was a corner room (406) with a lovely view. However, it overlooked a busy intersection & the windows are very poor for sound proofing. I was up early with the traffic daily. It was quite busy/noisy & the walls didn't seem very sound proof either. The room was really dark & the television is poorly located - very difficult to watch from the bed. Otherwise fine - bed was comfortable, room spacious, with fridge & some kitchen supplies. Staff friendly & accommodating with a late check out. Price good for location near ByWard Market & Rogers Conference Centre.

Parfaite location, à 2 minutes du marché By et 12 min de la colline. La suite était parfaite, grande, propre et hyper bien dormi! Seul bémol est les ascenseurs, soyez patients ou prenez les marches ! Somme toute, j'y retournerais!
