The floors need mopped better but other than that it was okay

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room rate was attractive, but as it turned out, we got what we paid for. The facilities were dated and in poor condition, ie. : patched flooring, missing towel bar and tissue dispenser in bathroom, and no housekeeping whatsoever in our room. We had to ask for fresh towels daily and though they appeared to be clean , the towels were stained and discolored. One last thought; though we didn't make the decision to stay at the Days Inn based on the advertised continental breakfast, it was lacking any substance to be comparable to any other hotel we have ever stayed at that offered a continental breakfast.

The night shift lady with the dogs was INCREDIBLE! So kind and helpful. Very guest friendly. The morning shift lady was horrendous! Came down to get breakfast for my kids and she was beyond rude to me and my daughter. Didn’t even acknowledge we were standing there and got upset I asked for a couple more bags for my other kids (1per kid). She acted as tho I was interrupting her show. I will never consider this hotel again because of her. But 10/10 recommend the night shift lady.

I liked everything about the motel which is the swimming pool area

I had a reservation for several weeks and even completed early check in. When I arrived, my room had been given away and the man at the desk was rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. We had to visit 3 other hotels at 12:30 am to find another room that cost us $160.00 more than my room at Days Inn. I am still waiting for my refund from the hotel that I was told would be processed in a few days. It has now been 9 days since I was told that I would receive a refund. I would never recommend this Days Inn to anyone, and we will not be staying there or making a reservation at the Topeka Days inn ever again!!!!!

It was horribly dirty.

No tv poor service

Absolutely disgusting. No smoke detector in our room, garbage in the trash, room was absolutely repulsive after waiting over an hour to check in. Pool was murky and there is no spa even though it’s advertised there is one

I had requested a handicapped accessible room. What I got was a regular room with no bars in bathroom or in shower. The room was the furthest away from the main desk. The phone in the room didn't work. I walked to desk, told them about the phone, and asked for an extra blanket. No one came for either item.

Nice place to have a quick night sleep.

Will never stay again

No room service so when we were cleaning the room. My gf pulled back the curtains and felt something hard like a pen so when she pulls this item out it was too needle syringes. When we told front desk they brushed it off threw out the used needles and that was it

Room was filthy. Soiled bed spread and pillow cases, dirty tissue along side and under the sofa.

This hotel was the dirtiest, most unsafe hotel I’ve ever seen. It was so bad we left and had to get a different hotel. The roof was literally falling apart, the walls were separating from one another, it looked like the towels, bedding and other linens had never been washed, and there were questionable matter and stains on the walls. I’ve spent months trying to get a refund and was never able too. So I heed this warning.

The room wasnt entirely clean. There were bugs including cockroaches. The walls are paper thin, so i could hear the neighbors in their final throes, i could hear people walking and singing in the hall at 1am, and i vould hear the dog next door barking and howling all night.

Night shift was amazing. Morning there was no breakfast that they say they offer and wasn't going to open pool.

The room was disgusting greasy floor, dirty, bidet, noisy friend. The room view was on a building wall.

The employees at check in and out were very polite. The remote for the TV did not work. It would not change any channels. I tried to attending employee on 11/23/24 at 8:20PM However they were no where to be found. While I was at lobby until 8:30, I witnessed two people come inside that wanted rooms. Nobody was there to help them.

Great place for a rest

The front desk clerk was rude and treated my partner and I like garbage, we work all hours of the day and night and travel a lot for work so hotels are where we primarily rest our heads. The man felt the need to disrespectfully inform us that it is a non-smoking establishment (we are nonsmokers) and if we get caught it will be $250 plus we will have to get out. As if that wasn't bad enough he put us in a room that had dirty pillowcases and sheets, dirty and food debris on the floors, the tv didn't work, the bathroom sink was coming off the wall, there were cockroaches all over and the walls were obviously stained from cigarette smoke. Overall wouldn't recommend unless in a pinch with nowhere else to go. If it weren't so cold I'd have slept in my truck like I do when traveling long distance.
