It was excellent

Great breakfast and friendly cook, accommodating clerk at front desk... Mattress was too firm on beds for us. One was worn down and you could tell where most people sleep. The snacks were ridiculously priced.

Excellent hotels clean the employees were nice and the breakfast is good. And the lady who cooked the grits great job best grits ive never eaten.

This was one of the most customer service friendly hotel my family & I have ever stayed at. From the time we checked in until we left everything was great! The breakfast staff and food was hot fresh & amazing. The rooms was nice and clean. I booked 2. I will choose this hotel again every time I’m in the area without question!

The hotel was great..

Well, the front desk staff were great. The gentleman thanked me for being an honors member and was very nice. The coffee- in the morning I had to go down to the lobby to get coffee because the coffee maker was missing the part where you put the ground bag. So I went down and I chose the dark roast. It was like water. So I brought it up to my room and added a bag to it. The room itself was not very good. The walls had warping trim and over all the room just looked old and not well taken care of. The shower curtain was dingy. The towels and rags were nice white and soft. The bed was pretty good. The plug next to the bed was super loose and worn out. I’m not upset about the stay, I just wouldn’t stay there again unless I was guaranteed a nicer room.

Mrs. Elfina was very nice, courteous, and helpful. She made our stay very pleasurable!

Honestly not my best stay here but it was okay. Location was convenient for my plans.

We went to Bossier City, LA. for our Grandson Birthday party. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The clerk ar the front desk was very friendly. Overall the stay was very nice.

The place was freshly renovated but the mattresses were old and broken down and very uncomfortable.

I stayed here for one night. Staff that I came into contact with was nice and polite. Women who did the breakfast were super nice and friendly making conversation with everyone. Breakfast was really good.

Overall good. I felt it was a little pricey for a regular room but overall not too bad. The hot breakfast was good.
