The property itself isn’t bad, but management is definitely cutting corners they shouldn’t cut. The towels, although neatly folded were dirty and stained. Our sheets had lipstick and other stains. When we complained we were brought clean ones so we could remake the bed but they were vey old and worn. Some beetles crawling up the wall added to the charm.

It was decent, fairly clean. The staff was on the rude side and I chose my check out time to be 11:00 am and at 10:00 a man just walked right in which I didn’t appreciate at all. Also there was no phone in the room which was somewhat inconvenient.

It was close to the highway and had food nearby. Nice room.

My bad, I booked a smoking room. We went to take showers and had only one bath towel and one hand towel,no face cloth. The next morning told the front desk we needed towels and never got them. Asked again in the afternoon and no response. Asked the lady going by our room with towels and did not get them.. Poor service. Avoid!

It really turned me off when I see black mildew around the bathtub.

Note a pleasant stay. There were various things that set set off immediate alarm bells. My bedsheets had blood all over them, and since curiosity killed the cat, I found a strange black gooey substance underneath the mattress. I still mustered up the courage to try and lay on it, but the mattress was rock hard. So I figured I would shower and then think about what I was doing... Nevermind on that too. The water had a strange odor to it. I tried sleeping on the office chair because it looked like the only thing clean in this room. I just couldn't do it, I was so uncomfortable. I ended up giving the room key to the lobby and tried to sleep in my car on the property... Until I saw people crawling in and out of the woods at 12:30am. I left right then and there. I don't even want to think about coming back. I'm surprised I even survived that night, considering what I saw. My advice? Save your money and go somewhere else, even if it costs more. I don't know what secrets they're hiding but this place isn't normal. Tons of security cameras all over the place, the mirrors look funny, you feel like someone is always watching. So either the room I got and the experience I had was a one-off or this place really is that nasty and creepy.

Check in is awesome. The lobby/eatting area is decorated as if you are walking into someones home, it is adorable. The eatting area is set up as if you were in a private dining room, a long table with a tablecloth and plates set out. The room itself was very clean. The hotel is right off 40 yet not on a busy street and is very quiet. If you are traveling thru Knoxville i would recommend driving a little out of town and staying here.

Room needed routine maintenance. Toilet seat loose, bathroom sink slow draining (probably clogged with human hair), lamps missing light bulbs.

Excellent value. Well kept grounds and friendly staff.

It was just ok. Old building, you can tell. Service people were nice, "breakfast" was meh. Definitely pay for the cheap price

The first room was still occupied or at least not cleaned. The second room was fine. Good night sleep.

Great hotel for a quick stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Kids really loved the breakfast which was mainly different types of snack cakes. But there was also yogurt, bagels, breads, cereal, some fruit, and even waffles on the weekends.

Stinky, nasty, no soap, linens stained, filthy place

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was heel simpel. Kamer e.d. gedateerd. WiFi was uitstekend. Overall een voldoende

The bathroom amenities were bare bones. Beds were comfortable but I would’ve liked more pillows. Front desk guy was a little grumpy at check in.
