great hotel. I will come back again

Short drive to all the things in Williamsburg. However, due to the great locations it was a little loud.

Very clean

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were told recently renovated. The room for the most part was clean, but we noticed a stain on the couch, a little black mold in the shower around the soap dish and the faucet handle for the sink was loose. Other than those minor things which I left them know, so they can repair, the place was a very nice place to stay.

Rooms and common areas very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Balcony nice to have. Cons: shower curtains to small for the showers and breakfast is not included.

I liked the inside outside pool.

Loved our stay here. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. They have an indoor/outdoor pool and only 3 minute drive from Busch Gardens. Really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4. They have a cafe style place to eat downstairs. We purchased a breakfast burrito and French toast. Both were delicious. They serve Starbucks products for coffee. At night they have the bar that you can sit at and have a few drinks.

We stayed here after a day in Busch Gardens. The pool was great. The staff was great. We were told renovations were just finished about two weeks ago. The place was amazing.

Clean and it had everything we needed for our short stay.

We had to stay in a double queen room when we PREPAID for a king suite. We asked for housekeeping daily and they didnt show up at all. Cigarette disposals remained full of cigars in the opening the entire two days we were there.

Still being renovated a little dusty. No ground floor rooms a being renovated. Courtyard area is a cheap awkward design.

This is a super nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff was accommodating and efficient. Currently they are remodeling different areas of the property so the parking is reduced but that's just temporary. Wifi is reliable. Pool is clean. Air conditioner did an excellent job even with the extreme heat advisory.

Nice property, but should have told customers that property is under construction. Stairwells blocked off….not safe. Gym closed. Was not acknowledged or thanked for being a gold member. Have noticed that being gold member does not mean anything now.

it was a great stay, Family enjoyed the pool.

Staff and amenities were very good.
