Overall a great place. It would be nice to provide free drinking water in addition to the great and free coffee provided. Room had a little bit of unpleasant smell, perhaps it was vacant for a few days with AC off. Staff is very friendly, flexible with early check-in

When we arrived, we were told the pool was unavailable, although it did not say that anywhere on the website. Very disappointed because this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the location was nice and easy. My only compliant was that there were no water bottles in the room.

Fairly new facility. I forgot to request a handy cap room and front desk was able to accommodate me. Room had a refrigerator, a microwave & coffeemaker. Excellent accommodation. Full breakfast— pancakes, omelette, turkey sausage, regular sausage, Enlish muffins, bagels, Danish pastry, yogurt and much more. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was clean and convenient to four nearby colleges in 2 college towns. The staff working the free breakfast was hard working and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Canton, New York. The room was extremely large and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of offerings. We will definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping was very loud both days unable to work from the room at 8 am from all the noise on knocking on doors, banging on furniture, terrible overall The property has a bad smell

Came here for a college parents weekend event. View of the St Lawrence from our room was wonderful. View of amazing sunset from the room and easy access to the water. Pet friendly atmosphere made this highly desirable! Staff so friendly. Will be returning.
