Front desk staff took brilliant care of us and our dog

We recently stayed at the NH Castellón Mindoro Hotel, my wife and I, and we had a wonderful experience. The absolute highlight of our stay was the front office team. We ended up staying a little bit longer than we had originally anticipated because we where searching for an apartment to rent in the city. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating when it came to adding more days to our booking at short notice. Furthermore they were extremely helpful in giving us practical tips and advice for the whole renting process in Castellón. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and perfectly located. However, it is the exceptional hospitality and genuine care of the staff that truly sets this property apart. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Location excellent ..... it made the days extremely walkable .... gym was free weights bicycle and tread mill ... towels and water in the gym. Clean and quiet... don't know how the noise will be like there in high season .... will return great experience

El baño y el plato de ducha estaban sucios!!

El desayuno estaba muy bueno además de las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Me volvería a quedar sin lugar a duda

Sotto il letto era sporco Il bagno obsoleto Sono rimasto bloccato 1/2 ora in ascensore L’aria condizionata funzionava solo nella stanza da letto molto rumorosa Neppure servizio bar Ed é un 4 stelle

Room was clean and fine but windows covered as their was construction. Also next morning we needed the construction although not to much noise. For the staff I am disappointed that they did not inform us at all about this situation

O hotel é muito confortável. Saímos às 6:30h e tinha um espaço de café da manhã com café, suco, maçã e croissant gratuito para os viajeiros que madrugam.

Hotel bom, bem localizado e ideal para quem vai passar poucos dias na cidade. Quartos limpos e pessoal atencioso

Al entrar en la habitación nos llevamos una decepción porque habíamos elegido este hotel por la terraza con vistas a la calle y por obras en la fachada estaba prohibido abrir la puerta de la terraza. No entraba la luz natural de la calle a penas y no se podía ni abrir para ventilar. Baje a recepción para pedir el cambio de habitación pero no pudo ser ya que el hotel estaba completo. A cambio nos regalaron el desayuno de la estancia. Así que el personal fue amable y tuvo el detalle de compensarnos por este perjuicio. Repetiremos para disfrutar de sus terrazas.

I often staff at this hotel. This time there was a festival and loud music in the square until 4am which was not ideal but the staff makes everything better. The last night was fabulous.
