The place was older then I though but okay and in a good location. The front desk could be a bit more friendly

Clean room but greatly in need of updating. Wallpaper was coming loose. A lot of signs of wear overall. Bed was comfortable though. Location was convenient but that also came with noise. I would have liked a heads up regarding the remodeling in progress. I was surprised of the price given the maintenance situation.

Room had a full garbage can so it was never emptied from the last guests. Room was also pretty over priced for 2 night

The shower head is an absolute nightmare. It’s too high and the water heat adjustments are hard to interpret. The overall carpeting in the property gave me a breathing problem. No labels on the shampoo and body wash dispensers.

excellent for just hanging around town. Pubs,coffee shops, ice cream, gifts ,restaurants etc. all in short walking distance from the hotel. Never moved the car all weekend and didn’t need a taxi to get around.

Nice hotel room for 1 night in the heart of downtown. Good communication through messages and was able to get someone to let us in after calling. Highly recommend.

Rooms were clean and hotel conveniently located near shops, restaurant, and waterfront. Building is older and had a lot of charm and character that you don't get in newer hotels. Would stay here again.

The location is perfect for tourists—everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the building feels a bit dated, likely because it is an older property. Overall, it’s a good choice for the location, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and cleanliness.

Bathroom has no sink so you have to go out and use the mini kitchen sink to wash your hands or wash your face or brush your teeth. Can’t use the stove top because there is no pots/pans. No spoons or forks as well. Too noisy at night. Can hear the band playing downstairs.

Need renovations! Washrooms doesn’t have proper exhaust system

In general everything was good.

The location is fantastic. The building is old , room was clean but just ok. Feel rate should reflect that considering other options in town but I get it.... location location location you can get away with it. Not first choice but served purpose
