Rooms are still in remodelation and day personal could be more king, Matilde was the only one with good attitude

Hotel very well located, just a few steps from the Duomo and other points of interest. Unfortunately, being in such a central location means the noise from outside is excessive. Additionally, there’s a terrace that functions as a bar late into the night, which was also uncomfortable as you could hear conversations and people coming and going in the early hours. It’s a good place, just not ideal for a family stay. It would be better suited for a solo trip or a couple’s getaway.

What a lovely hotel in this majestic area !

On arrival the staff were all extremely polite and helpful, check in was smooth and easy. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Our first evening/night staff on the desk had recommendations for local restaurants and even phoned up to book us a table. The hotel has a small rooftop terrace which you need to book but we had no issues booking a table and managed to go up every time we wanted to plus the views were amazing! Location was really close to everything you would need. All in all a great stay.

Excellent staff, very friendly and they recommend excellent restaurants such as Pietrabianca Restaurant amazing experience, they deserve a Michelin star

We had a lovely time. We had a beautiful view of the terra-cotta rooftops and towers from our room, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We took a family room. 2 rooms connected and each with its own bathroom. Didn’t expect that. Rooms were really great. They even had complementary water bottles and cookies

The hotel was great and in a perfect location.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic access to the city. Very clean and contained modern amenities. Staff was great with restaurants and timing for trains and cabs.

I didn’t like the shower by the bed
