Same breakfast everyday

Shopping centre was 15 min away, downtown 20 25 min away . Easy access to lime rent a bike or scooter.

Excellent stay and clean rooms.

Room was dated but had everything you need for a short stay.

Hotel and room were comfortable but lots of hallway noise during the night. We stayed on a long weekend so the hotel was probably full.

Recommended hotel

The property requires a lot of upgrading. It is old, and needs a huge overhaul throughout. Shining up the foyer is not quite enough. The room was clean, but again worn out. The grounds are disgusting, from over flowing ashtrays to caked dirty from decades. Hire some staff to sweep and maintain the surrounding grounds. The breakfast is meh, no fruit in sight. However, the staff working the breakfast were lovely. Front desk staff nice as well but sitting around looking to be doing not much…grab a broom and go deep and attend your grounds ashtrays. I will not be returning to stay, it was the only hotel available on a sold out concert weekend. Not my usual class of hotel.

Cleaning staff, front door staff and after hours security were all so friendly and amazing. The breakfast staff too. Would just return based on the service. If I come back to Edmonton I would stay there in a heartbeat. Made the trip amazing. Even on a super busy weekend where they were sold out they were more then capable then accommodating early check in. They did say they couldn’t guarantee it but would do their best. Was An amazing weekend.
