Clean room. Modern amenities. Nice little kitchen

Valet parking was excellent service. I loved the big room for my big family.

Convenient location. Good service at reception.

Room was ok. A bit outdated. Rugs could’ve replaced. Heavy drapery. Bathtub was old and looked filthy. I’m sure it wasn’t. But needs to be upgraded. Beds are super comfy. Housekeeping was good. Front staff very helpful and friendly.

We travelled with two toddlers and the premium queen suite was perfect providing a bedroom for their naps and a good size living room. We walked everywhere, took the metro and went shopping without any problems.

The mall was very convenient and close by and had everything I needed. Food was delicious. Had some tacos at a place a few minutes way! Forget the name but was great!

The location is worth the price though I think it was a little high for other than that. Very safe area. We loved that we could just walk to climb Mount Royal, get to the train station, and enjoy meals on the street called Crescent a short walk away. Not real high scores on cleanliness;we saw two gentlemen coming out of our room with a vacuum cleaner, but when we went in it had clearly not been vacuumed. All they did was pull the bed sheets up each day, so it's for that we'd rather they just had not entered. There were problems with the first room, but they did move us to another in good time... So ask for a mountainside view if they don't charge too much extra. The staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times. There is a rooftop pool that closes the end of October, it's quite nice and heated.

We always stay here and love the convenience to downtown and McGill.

No water provided with coffe maker

Very helpful staff. In very convenient location with shops all around. I enjoyed the room facilities - microwave, with coffee and tea beverages.

Very well priced for the excellent location! 10min walk to the Bell Centre.

Although I was woken up by a 5:30 am trash collection on Friday morning due to our room facing the back of the building, the stay overall was very good. Ask for the front side of the hotel if you don’t want to see or hear construction of a very tall building.

I have stayed at this property several times and have had minimal complaints. This time the room was not up to the regular standards. There was jams or whatever not cleaned up from the previous guests leaked under the glass tops, the stove top burners were very rusty and the painting on the walls looked dingy. We had to ask for the tv to be fixed twice before it was done. Upon leaving I told the clerk all this, their response was to email their customer service with my complaints. This property is my go to place in Montréal and I have recommended it to several people. It was disappointing.
