Picked based on low price….guess you get what you pay for. It was a bed to sleep in…that was about it. The shower head was broken and flopped around. I was not planning on using the pool but just an FYI it was not opened for use.

Nothing like the pictures. Non smoking rooms wreak like smoke. Dirty rooms and not advertised properly

The hotel is nasty and dirty. They don't provide shampoo or conditioner, they give you a paper-thin little blanket, the bed is awful. They clearly know the place is a dump because they warn you multiple times to deadbolt the door.

Decent room. Bed was a bit dilapidated and minorly uncomfortable. Bathroom smelled weird and didn't look that clean. I'm glad i only stayed the night. Was good in a pinch.

When we arrived, it took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Then when she finally got to the desk, she said she needed to see if a room was ready. It was after 3pm, which is their stated check in time, but OK. The elevator was being serviced and we were told we needed to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Thank God the guy qorking on the elevator stopped us before we headed up the stairs. He said he fixed the problem. Got settled in and in less than an hour we got a call saying that there was a leak in the room below us, so maintenance needed to come in to make the repairs while we were in the room or we could move to another room. My boyfriend was in the shower, so I said it would be a while before we could get our things together. I asked what we would receive for the inconvenience. We were told a discount or a refund if we wanted to leave. We were open to the discount and asked how much. The front desk person said he didn't know, the owner would make the decision and we would see the discount on our folio the next day. I didn’t find that sufficient given the situation, when I asked the agent if he could find out the discount amount he said he wasn't going to "bother" the owner with that question. So, we requested the refund, packed up and left the hotel, and expect to see a refund from Expedia in 3-5 business days. You get what you pay for...NEVER again!

The A/C works, the lights work, the bed is comfy, and there's poop bags for the dogs out back. It excels at giving you an average hotel experience.

The property and the staff were lovely. It was very quiet and in a safe area with food and gas nearby. The restroom floor in our room did not appear to have been swept very well. This is my only negative about the room/property.

The room did the job for the price. Mattress was very hard. There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was so low. The elevator wasn’t working when we stayed. The hallways had a bit of a smell. Some areas in the room weren’t very clean and benefitted from a Lysol wipe. The a/c took a bit to figure out and get working but once it worked it worked great.
