Really dusty rooms they say their pet friendly, but my dog stayed in that room and was constantly having allergies to the amount of dust that was in there. The beds feel moist. The sink and shower water don't feel right.

Parking was ok, but everything else was not updated. Old and trashy things, looked very creepy. Do not recommend.

We had to change the rooms 3 times before asking for a refund. The first room was like someone got boxed it with cigarettes, the second one was on the third floor where someone left the windows open and all the rain water flooded the floors and lifted the laminated floors due being saturated and the third was next door to a large family with 2 dogs. We didn’t even walk into the unit before deciding to ask for a refund.

The location wasnt terrible. The condition of the hotel was definitely not tip top shape. We had 2 bugs, the lamps didnt have bulbs, there were big cracks in the flooring, i had to go get my own towels and bedding and the toilet flooded the whole room and would not stop running

The hotel needs better cleaning.

The room conditions were unacceptable. The first room was infested with flies, and while the front desk moved us, the second room was only slightly better. The entire hotel had a foul odor, the elevator was filthy, and the 3rd-floor hallway door lock was broken, making security a major concern. Inside the room, we found dead cockroaches, foul-smelling towels, and no proper comforters on the beds. To make matters worse, water leaked from the ceiling in several places during heavy rain—we genuinely feared the roof might collapse. This property is beyond renovation; it requires a complete rebuild. Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Great, but closed to highway..noisy

Outdated building in need of serious repair. Nadine at the front desk was outstanding as well as the young man who helped me with the TV. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety! However, The bed had no blanket, only sheets and was not comfortable. The lock to the 3rd floor entry door from the outside is broken and the key card was not necessary to enter. The floor in the hall is disintegrating, soft areas and missing flooring throughout the area. Also, there is no lock on the 3rd floor window?! My daughter opened it without having the unlock it.

This hotel is horrible, the floors were caving in and the doors wouldn’t lock and that’s not safe for families, the smell of the hotel was horrid and the overall experience was horrible and I didn’t feel safe which made me leave early. I couldn’t stay there
