Everything was fine , except the lamps light with sockets were working properly. Had to wingle the cord to keep it working properly.

The room we were in, the water kept running from the toilet. It might need a new flapper, because you had to jiggle the handle to keep it from running. Room 412.

There was a leak in the ceiling with mold in my room. I had to ask three times for just towels and my trash taken. I had to listen to construction for over 6 hours and there was no warning. There were no signs saying they were under construction. I chose a late check out because of work and the housekeeper came into the room three times saying he thought I would have checked out by now.

Clean and welcoming

Smelled like pee when we walked in but got better when we turned the air condition way down. No towel racks or paper towel holders. Very run down. Positives were it was super quiet, beds were comfortable, free parking, and very close to airport. Just really needs room renovations

Staff was very friendly. However the room smelled like someone smoked weed prior. Phone did not work. Bathroom shower had mold at the bottom of the glass. Air conditioner did not run cold. It stayed at 74

The staff was good nothing exceptional. The property was not at all like the picture. Old, dirty, rundown in every way.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and spacious. It was clean. The staff was nice and it was an added bonus to have complimentary breakfast and free parking. Would recommend

Room was very humid and muggy and air conditioning didn't help much, could've smelled and been cleaner than it was. Limited breakfast options, coffee was cold. The young guy at check-in needs a lot more hospitality training. Good thing is they offer free airport shuttles which were timely with no wait.

Weather held us in Philadelphia for couple extra days. This hotel is close to the airport, has a shuttle and there are a couple cool local pubs and restaurants walking distance.

It is an unkept property. The rugs were dirty from the entrance to the rooms. There is no coffee pot in the rooms and no toiletries, except soap and shampoo in the shower. Only one employee to check in, and do everything in front desk. I was checking in 6 rooms and the person behind me, had to wait a long time just to pay 2 sodas. Really you need to verify your description of the hotel in your website.

Close to the airport. Clean. Early shuttle that runs every 30 minutes.

Staff was nice, room was nice bathroom was beautifully updated. Decent cost for late check out.

The rooms definitely need a renovation. My room had holes in the walls and very strong smell of the cleaners oils. The housekeepers were rude but this is all expected from an airport hotel.
