These ppl are thieves try charging a 55 fee stating i was smoking with no evidence to then tell me at 2 Am half asleep to leave the hotel

We had a great time. Place was clean

It is my experience that when you book with Expedia guest are treated differently. The Indian gentle man a the front desk gave us the room to the extreme room back. The room that’s not even apart of the hallway and proceeded to tell us “that’s what happens when you book with a third party to save money”. As a regular guest at Royal Regency no one wants to stay in that room. Lucky the Second Gentleman call us over and gave us room 246 and the Indian gentleman was livid. I will not return to this hotel.

I really enjoyed myself at this hotel. It was clean and well managed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. It had a nice variety of foods to choose from.

Was a great visit

Bathroom toilet seat was loose cabinet door loose and the ac unit was too close to the bed. Room 222

Was quiet

This hotel is right next to the highway. The cars and trucks were loud all night. There were ants on our air conditioner and some kind of whip scorpion on our ceiling. The shower had mold and the wall separating the bed from the bathroom is a sliding partition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel definitely needs a remodel and deep cleaning.

The hotel was clean, staff was very courteous amd breakfast was good. The only complaint we had was the lack of toiletries provided, i.e. shower gel, liquid soap and shampoo that's usually provided during hotel stays. We had to ask the front desk to provide an adequate amount.

Not the first time I stayed here. Always a great experience

The hotel is nice and the staff are great. My only dislike about the hotel is that the lighting in the rooms are bad for women to do their makeups. The lighting is terrible. Other than that, everything else is great.

The check in process was easy as well as check out, The was clean and had no weird smell, I will be going back again.
