Good hotel close to the beach!

We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Leme in Rio de Janeiro. The hotel is beautiful, with a stylish and comfortable lobby and common areas. The location is excellent, in a quiet area close to Copacabana. The rooms are nicely designed, but the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We did not try the breakfast, but the buffet looked delicious and offered a great variety of options. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Great location and service, but the rooms could use a little more attention to detail.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã excelente, bons quartos e linda vista no Roof Top. Não tem estacionamento próprio, mas existem algumas vagas de estacionamento disponíveis na rua.

Exceptional front desk service! They speak English very well and we had no problem to communicate. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel has 24/7 security - a guard outside the lobby and cameras on each floor plus you can have a little safe box in the room to keep your documents. The cleaning crew is you-can’t-wish-for-better! They use a pleasant scent chemicals that won’t irritate your nose. Our cleaning lady (sadly, I don’t know her name) was excellent - the room was spotless, even the floor, when we got back from our trip to the mountains. Even my t-shirt was folded neatly 🙂. A special thank to that hard-working Brazilian lady! May God bless you abundantly! The Novotel Leme serves a tasty breakfast made from scratch! They have a professional who perform a quality control on the spot and per the dish that arrived into dining room. The cakes and breads are something everyone should try! All the juices are fresh from real fruits (no concentrate!), various coffees are also available! The only wish I would have is an easier access to the hot water in case the guests want to have a hot tea in their rooms in the evening when the restaurant is already closed. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Café da manhã muito bom, área do rooftop com lindas vistas. O quarto precisava de algumas melhorias/reforma. No geral a propriedade é muito boa e bem localizada. Voltaria a me hospedar

Excelente opción! Buena ubicación, personal amable, buen desayuno y muy lindo. Único punto malo: no tiene estacionamiento.

Check in muy largo, piden demasiada información, dedique menos tiempo en pasar inmigración en el aeropuerto. Ascensores con esperas muy largas. Precios muy elevados en el restaurante Sky. Agua de la piscina terriblemente fría, está mejor temperatura el mar.

I didn’t have a terrible experience here, the only reason why my rating is low is because the sheets were dirty upon arrival which led to me requesting a whole new set of sheets. Also I feel like the cleaning of the shower could have been better. Other than that I had a pretty pleasant stay. Gabriel at the front desk was really helpful with all of our requests!

Café da manhã ótimo e quarto agradável

Il quartiere di Leme è ideale per chi arriva in città per la prima volta perché strategico e tranquillo. L hotel è ben posizionato anche se ho preferito altri hotel vicino proprio fronte mare. Guardia di sicurezza sempre all entrata, reception disponibile e cordiale. Sul rooftop c è un ristorante e ci sono meno di 10 lettini per 15 piani di stanze, mi aspettavo più posto per prendere il Sole. Sebbene L hotel non abbia una spiaggia propria, mette a disposizione dei teli mare utilizzabili sia per la piscina che per la spiaggia. Presente una palestra semplice ma sufficiente. Colazione scenografica ma con prodotti di bassa qualità è prevalentemente al cioccolato. C è comunque un arra dedicata ai prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio. Ho chiesto una teiera e non l avevano, ho trovato questo decisamente curioso. Per non parlare del distributore di acqua calda, una specie di termos a manovella scomodo come mai visti prima. La sala della colazione è tenuta a temperatura frigo, bisogna vestirsi pesanti per non rischiare una congestione.

Barulho intenso no 13º andar, quartos sem acústicas, mal cheiro de tapetes nos corredores, equipe cumprindo função, não vale o custo x benefício

Café muito bom. Almocei também, foi excelente. Quartos amplos, camas boas, banheiro grande e bem equipado, chuveiro com torneira na parede oposta, bem localizado, bons restaurantes na redondeza.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso e também a localização.

O Hotel é muito bom. Esta todo reformado. Só achei o espaço do café da manhã pequeno, o que gera uma pequena confusão. Só a titulo de melhoria mesmo, pois me hospedaria lá novamente.
