This was a very nice family oriented hotel. Only down side was the pool was a bit small and wish they had a hot tub. Arcade is small and pretty much for little kids.

The staff was amazing. Anytime I called to have something sent to my room, it was brought right away. I wanted to upgrade my room the front desk made it happen right away, absolutely no issues.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean.

Great environment & service!

For OC, this property does feel like a resort and by far one of the best vacation stays. The pool was lively and the private beach was awesome with its own volleyball court. The rooms are extended stay like with a full kitchen. Since it’s close to the beach, there was sand in the room since it’s hard to clean. Recommend to take Clorox wipes if you are OCD. They appear to be under staffed so recommend to take extra towels and/or mini broom if it’s something that would get to you. The staff was busy- but kind. There were multiple walkable restaurants with delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as pubs and candy store.

The room was ok. Nothing spectacular. Tv didnt work the entire day. If you have bad weather dont expect the tv to work

The access to the beach was absolutely perfect. Walk right out the door and there is the beach! First time staying here but will not be the last. The rooms with 2 queens and a separate living area with mini kitchen are ideal.

The stay was enjoyable except for the constant smell of marijuana in the halls. Our balcony was unusable due to the smell also. I’m a Cdl holder and do not want to risk my license. We had a condo on the 10th floor also and the railing on our balcony was so wobbly that it was not safe for small children. Did I also mention we got stuck in the elevator and upon getting out staff was rude that we set off alarm for being stuck. It was unbearably hot in the elevator but we were given a $50 refund for our troubles. Food was great at restaurants and front desk clerk were wonderful

The resort was very nice and the room is spacious. The breakfast restaurant in the hotel was alright, probably wouldn’t go back there. But the bellmen service was great and I also liked the coffee shop.

So much better than I remembered it from years ago. Will definitely return.

We live that you are right in the beach with easy, private access. The indoor atrium makes rainy days still amazing. Rooms are large, clean, and surprisingly quiet with everything going on in the atrium. We’ve stayed here 4 times now and it’s amazing every time!

There was mice running around in my room and when I requested to be moved, nothing was done , I also received the wrong room from what I booked . Call the front desk several times and management, but like I said nothing was ever done and they don’t ever have to worry about me staying here again EVER

This is one of the best places to stay and it will never disappoint!

My only recommendation is to have a broom and dust pan in the room. So much sand!

We had a great stay! Family of 5 with 3 kids under 5! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and kind. We will be staying again!
