Es fantástico el hotel, el armario pequeño pero como íbamos de fin de semana bien, el personal super amable, super limpio, super bien comunicado. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Bilbao volveremos

Goede locatie niet ver van de metro. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Makkelijk dat je er kan dineren. Aan te raden hotel!

Excellent hotel, with very friendly staff - especially the lady who served me dinner my first night. I forget her name. The hotel was a bit hard to find at first, but once I got there I realised there's a metro stop just a 2 min walk away. It's only one stop from the old town then. Highly recommend this place.

Parking is underground and the ramps are very tight. There is no wheelchair parking space outside the hotel and you have to go down many floors to find an accessible space. Bar staff were lovely and the bar stayed open late to offer coffee etc.

The beds are really confortable. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful. All staff were kind. My favourite staff were the housekeeping, always perfect.

The hotel is in a good location, with secure car park if you are arriving from the ferry. There is a metro station a few minutes walk from the hotel which brings you to the city centre just one stop away. The hotel has a swimming pool and outdoor area which is great.

Hotel con buenas instalaciones. Aparcamiento, piscina y buen buffet. Algo alejado del centro pero recomendable

Prima zwembad, goed ontbijt. Kwartiertje lopen van oude centrumfunctie 1 halte met de metro.

It may have happened only to me though the air condition on the ceiling flooded during the night and all my belongings soaked. The staffs were not as serious as I was. Disappointed

Bon petit déjeuner varié. Chambre familiale en face des ascenseurs. Chambre non insonorisée. On entend les bruits du couloir et à l'étage au dessus. On est resté 3 nuits. Les serviettes et les draps n'ont pas été changés. Les draps sont troués. Pas de housse de couette mais 2 draps prenant la couette en sandwich. La tv est ancienne pas de possibilité de partage d'écran pour netflix ou autre. Le personnel est serviable.

Fint og velholdt hotell. Vi fikk et stort og fint familierom, standarden var bra og alt virket nytt/bra vedlikeholdt og rent. Den eneste bemerkningen var at den kom med en kapsel-kaffemaskin der man fikk 2 kapsler for hele oppholdet vårt på 4 netter, kapselene kunne heller ikke kjøpes på noe supermarked. Frokosten hadde et bra utvalg. Veldig fint å ha bassenget på en familieferie, vår datter på 8 år var der hver eneste dag. Veldig fin beliggenhet med 5 min gåtur til nærmeste metro-stasjon, og så et stopp før man er i casco-viejo. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse.

Great hotel - nice location, walking distance from Guggenheim (although it's uphill).

A lovely hotel and well located for the city. A very comfortable bed and an amazing breakfast.

Un très bon accueil, nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel le rapport qualité prix est bien nous regrettons un peu que les plats n’est pas eu d’accompagnement il faut compter entre 40 et 50 € par personne. La nuit de parking pour la voiture est à 22 €. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. La literie exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons cet établissement

Location not suitable for main attractions too far away.

Only stayed one night but it looked like a nice hotel to stay for several days. Only slight drawback was the location which is a bit of a walk out of town up a steep hill. Room was clean and comfortable, nice shower. Breakfast excellent and reception staff very friendly and helpful.
