Accommodating staff, well maintained property, full range of services

Was expecting a business hotel, but found it was also a convenient hub for the culture that Bilbao has to offer

This property was perfectly located to see the best monuments, museums, food districts. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a must to purchase.

Outstanding hotel, staff

They were right on the river there was everything with in 10 min walk including the Guggenheim . They had a small under ground parking lot . Worked well spaces were tight no big cars lol. It was late at night and hard to see where the hotel was it was written on wall and the turn in for garage was right there so you need to be prepared and follow GPS if you don’t know the area and just turn in . Once you’re there push the call button and tell them you’re checking in . They will open the garage for you .

Excellent service, friendly staff. Breakfast well worth the fee, fresh cooked food as well as continental choices. Refurbished since we last stayed two years ago, very good job, comfortable and inviting. Only issue with our superior room the shower cubicle is difficult to use as the door gets in the way when you step out to dry. You also have very little privacy if sharing the room as the bathroom area sink and when step out of shower is only screened partially. Not a problem for me but might be for others. Otherwise comfy beds and fridge in room too.

Unfortunately lacked an English TV Channel.

Compared to my last stay this was not the proposed "Deluxe" single rooms, but it was fair. All in all it was a surprise to find a hotel under reconstruction work. I disliked being deceived. The breakfast is worth the normal 19€, no doubt. But i was offered a special discount if i book in advance. At checkout it was denied.

El hotel situado en muy buena zona, cerca de todo, no se si es nuevo o está en renovación pero aún faltan muchos detalles por terminar, el desayuno espectacular, la habitación que nos tocó estaba bien pero el piso del baño un poco sucio o manchado.

El espacio de regadera, extremadamente incómodo El servicio de aseo de habitación es muy tarde

Great location

From the front desk to the restaurant to the location, all things were exceptional. 7 min walk to the Guggenheim museum and 8 min walk to old town, Can’t beat this amazing hotel. And the front desk staff were super knowledgeable and friendly. Def coming back next time in Bilboa.
