Equipe super sensível, foi no dia do apagão elétrico e o hotel procurou minimizar o conflito, acalmar os hóspedes, preparou lanches, foram muito amáveis.

El hotel en si, nos gustó mucho, pero el personal nos pareció muy deficiente. Primeramente, en recepción la atención fue muy poco cordial. Es la primera vez que nos pasa en un Hotel NH. Y nuestra experiencia en el desayuno también fue lamentable. El servicio muy deficiente e inoperante, solicitamos pan sin gluten y unos huevos que nunca nos los trajeron, y mi esposa tuvo que salir sin desayunar más que un café! Deben mejorar la selección de personal. Eso da mala imagen a un hotel de esa categoría.

Staff was nice. Everything was clean, modern. Bed was comfortable,Food was good for breakfast. The only issue is that the thermostat did not go below 72°F – which made it very stuffy in the room each night we were able to crack the window, but it was not enough.

Very nice surprise

There were a few stains on the bedsheets and only 1 water bottle was provided on the first night for two guests. Most hotels refill the water each day. The check in time was 3pm and too busy for anything earlier which was quite exhausting. Again, most hotels I’ve stayed at are flexible in this regard. When checking in, the staff did not explain what facilities were available in the hotel e.g. a gym etc. I booked specifically as there was a Terrace but never got to visit as the staff did not mention upon arrival and I forgot about it. The breakfast was nice, quite standard. The bed was comfortable and close to the Metro station.

Good hotel in a good neighborhood near good restaurants and walking distance for shopping. Room was big and comfortable, great staff, definitely I would come back.
