Breakfast was awesome. The room was clean. The shower pressure was awesome. I really like the shower. The pool was very chlorinated and clean and warm in the hot tub was awesome. Had it all to myself

We had a delightful stay at the Sleep Inn. Our room was ready upon arrival, the pool was clean and a great temperature, the continental breakfast had a tasty and great variety, and last but certainly not least, the staff was so welcoming and friendly!

The room was clean, updated decor. A little out of the way but I was pleasantly surprised

Customer service was great from the front desk to food service!!! We loved our stay because of them. The breakfast that was provided was also wonderful.What we didn’t like was with the actual room itself! The sliding bathroom door was horrible and it looked like a dog had bitten the wood off the refrigerator cabinet.

The walls in the room were chipped and floor super dirty, refrigerator area broken. Manager refuses to call me back, front desk ready bad.

Café, frigobar, microondas e secador de cabelos disponíveis no quarto. Bom café da manhã, no estilo americano com ovos, panquecas, iogurtes, café, sucos, pães, uma fruta… tem piscina e hidromassagem em local reservado e coberto. Internet ruim.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The access road entering the main highway was treacherous getting into traffic. The check in time being 4pm was inconvenient for me because after traveling all day from Tennessee I arrived at the Sleepy Inn at 3pm exhausted and needing to rest. Instead I had to sit and wait, like I had been doing all day, which was frustrating.

The room was clean. Good breakfast, had a potato mix one-day with tortilla and sausage gravy biscuits the next among with a bunch of different options. Pool was very warm and hot tub worked great.

While this motel is fairly nice, the location...in/out of property is a bit difficult.

The pool floor had human feces it doesn’t seem like they check it every day. Subject: URGENT: Health & Sanitation Violations – Room 224 I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable state of my room and the dismissive treatment I have received. Despite paying 300.00 and $100 deposit that I still have not gotten refunded] for my stay, the room was dirty upon check-in—containing crumbs and dirt from the previous guest—and my requests for service were ignored or met with attitude. Even when housekeeping finally arrived, the job was half-hearted. I personally heard from the hallway that the vacuuming lasted only seconds, and the floor remained covered in debris. As a Type 1 Diabetic with a disability, the lack of sanitation is a serious health risk. Because of my physical limitations, I should never have been forced to clean the room myself using supplies my aunt had to bring me. It is appalling to be ignored and met with hostility when requesting the basic service I paid for. I am requesting an immediate refund for this failure. If this is not resolved today, I will be escalating this to your corporate office as a formal complaint regarding health, safety, and accessibility violations. The breakfast was very yummy tho. So thank you for that.

Clean room and friendly check in. Breakfast area was extremely busy and food was not replenished adequately, but what was available was absolutely delicious. The outside area had a bad smell that carried in through the ac unit.

The only good thing about this hotel was the pool and hot tub were both functional. The breakfast was awful. Watered down juice to the point that it was gross. Sink didn't drain. AC/heater was super squeaky. Towels did not smell clean at all. Would not recommend. Ever.
