Easy. Great location

The location was perfect. I was able to check in early. My room was upgraded. Esly checked me in and was very helpful. Housekeeping was great. The provided breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. There were bagels, pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee and a great selection of fruit. This was the perfect stay for me.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient location. Although there is no parking offered through the hotel, there are lots of options that are reasonable and nearby. We needed an in and out option and found it right around the corner.

Was very close to many shops and bus stops to get around the city. It was very clean and had friendly staff. Felt safe to walk around at 9pm for some food.

We called and the man in the morning was so rude when we asked about the check in process. He told us we could check in early however he let someone else check in early? I was confused because he told us that everyone’s check in was strictly 4. Glad he was gone by the time we got back from eating because the next employee was there and he was so nice and accommodating.

Great location. So many eats in walking distance. Older renovated building. Clean and comfy.

Esly was very nice. She helped me several times when I called. Check in was smooth. We spent the day walking and taking Lyft over town and returned to the hotel to take a nice hot shower. Lovely.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next stay in San Francisco. Everyone that works here is amazing and so nice.

The property is just old. Looks a little bit haunted. The continental breakfast is bagels and pastries. No ac the room was hot and only a fan to cool it.

I love this hotel. The rooms are large. Quiet considering where it is located. Very nice staff. Great continental breakfast.
