A nice stay with great customer service :)

Homey feel

Overall our stay was very nice. Comfortable bed, Good size rooms and generally clean. Could use a deep clean. Not enough drawer and closet space for extended stays and no room safe. The staff went out of their way to make us happy and provide extra pillows and hangers. Very friendly and personable. The breakfast was not to our liking and would suggest going out to eat. We found some terrific places within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay again. Please note that only one washer and dryer on the second floor of property for use and takes quarters. It was far from our room so not very convenient but we had a great stay and grounds were well kept. Within 30-45 min from popular places.

We had a good stay. Great location, helpful staff and good breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The shower was great! So was the business center. It could use more prominent signage to make it easier to see the hotel. It's sort of hidden in the trees.

Wasn’t terrible but it didn’t start off great. I arrived at the hotel at 2:15/2:20 PM and was told that I would have to pay $30 to check in early or wait until after three. I asked to leave my bags behind the counter and they assigned me a room in advance, so I assume that the room was ready to go. I just think it’s poor customer service when I was within 45 minutes of the check-in time. I travel a lot for work and I have not experienced this at other hotels. I arrived to a different hotel the day prior and they checked me in at 11 AM With no issue or complaints. Other than that, the 2 girls behind the desk in the evening were friendly. When I arrived to my room I was a little bit horrified at the state. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been wiped down properly and there was throw up or some kind of substance on the curtains, the bedding also didn’t smell fresh like the hotel I stayed in the night before. I was disappointed with the cleanliness but didn’t report it to staff, at that point, I couldn’t be bothered.

Convenient location and good price point

The room and bedding was clean. The carpets had stains though. The pool and hot tub were clean and picked up but the hot tub has the old coating which can scratch or gouge into your skin if your not careful. Overall I would stay here again but for the price it really needs to be updated with brand new carpet throughout. The staff were all very friendly nice and helpful.

Amazing

We have stayed at this location for several years, but feel it has declined somewhat (think no bar, marginal breakfast selections, physical condition showing its age) from our past experience. There are better options in the area at your price point. Time to "polish the stone!"

The staff at the desk were very helpful. Marked lower as my room was not cleaned one of the days of my stay.

Comfortable room with easy access. The black out shades were amazing. Slept in and even forgot where I was for a minute. All in all not a terrible stay.

should let people know that when booking a pet friendly room you will have to pay a additional seventy five for having a pet

Front desk staff were great! Pool is awesome on a warm, sunny day!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast had lots of variety and there are lots of common spaces indoors and outdoors. The pool area was very relaxing and clean with greenery all around. My only suggestion would be to invest in better pillows and coffee. The staff was super friendly and Bothell was a beautiful community with lots of amenities, we would stay again!
