The staff was always very helpful & communicative. Breakfast offered had plenty of choices & the a/c worked very well.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Floride Etoile. The standout feature was undoubtedly the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after busy days exploring Paris. The location couldn’t have been better. The nearest Metro station was only a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city, and the Trocadéro was just a 6-minute walk away, providing quick access to some of Paris’s most iconic views. The only minor downside was the bathroom, which could benefit from some updating. The shower pressure was quite weak, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Hotel Floride Etoile to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with exceptional staff.

Very nice hotel.

Excellent location within walking distance of Trocedero square, the Eiffel Tower, the metro stop, and the hop on hop off bus stop. Fairly priced, near a grocery store, with a decent breakfast buffet within the property. Very responsive to my requests and a very friendly and helpful staff. About the only thing missing were washcloths, which I hear isn't a thing in Paris.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel und von der Preisleistung war es super. Die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist klasse. Vor allem zum Eiffelturm würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

部屋も広々、浴槽もあり、大満足なホテルライフでした。 日本語スタッフもいらして安心でした。 ホテルの横にはスーパーあり、駅近、パン屋も近く、エッフェル塔も徒歩圏内、立地条件最高です。静かな環境です。

I had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and pretty quiet - except the walls are thin and on my fourth night a group checked in and must have been sharing a room. They were up all night. I just turned my sound machine up louder to drown them out. I’d stay there again. Good location, too!

The hotel was an amazing find, with an excellent location perfectly between the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and well maintained (and air conditioned, which was a nice surprise). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to make a visit to Paris.

The location is excellent, the rooms are pristine. Everybody was nice, helpful, professional. I will stay there again, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est idéalement situé, dans un environnement calme, et offre un cadre élégant et agréable. La chambre était confortable et très propre, même si nous l’avons trouvée un peu petite pour deux personnes. La douche, un peu ancienne, n’était pas toujours très pratique à utiliser. Ces quelques détails n’ont toutefois pas gâché notre séjour. Nous tenons surtout à remercier le personnel, qui a été particulièrement aimable, accueillant et serviable tout au long du week-end. Leur gentillesse a largement contribué à la qualité de notre expérience. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et y séjournerions à nouveau avec plaisir.

Excelente em todos os aspectos. Eu voltarei para ficar neste mesmo hotel. Muito limpo, quarto para 3 pessoas bastante amplo e o banheiro grande. Adorei!!! Funcionários prestativos.

Our stay at Hotel Etoile Floride was excellent. We arrived close to midnight, and the front desk staff greeted us warmly and made check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel has a charming, quaint atmosphere and is situated in a quiet neighborhood while still being conveniently located. Although the property is a bit older, it is very well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition, and the overall hotel was spotless and well cared for. The breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. Our only minor drawback was the small elevator, which required members of our group to ride separately at times. Despite this, we would gladly recommend Hotel Etoile Floride because of its excellent location near the Trocadéro, numerous restaurants, and convenient hop-on hop-off bus stops.

Great location, great staff, and great hotel. Only complaint is the walls are absolutely paper thin and you can literally hear every conversation and every movement your neighbors made. The people staying across the hall from us were a group of Spanish ladies who were so incredibly loud and inconsiderate until 2 am some nights. After a few noise complaints the hotel concierge got them to be quiet but it didn’t last long. Wouldn’t stay here again just based on that. You can even hear when people are in the shower and bathroom in the room next to you. Not great but it’s a great location.

The AC was not able to control well. The AC had to be turned on every 3 hrs or so as it had some sort of energy saving control that automatically turned the AC off. We never got it to cool below 24C and the staff told us an explanation of how the controls worked and we could certainly set it any temperature we desired— and yet, it never achieved that and seemed restrained to 24C. We were offered a fan if we wanted it. Paris had temps in the 90F range during our stay— so I guess the AC was being taxed. Other than that, the room was lovely and staff welcoming and helpful!

두번째 방문. 위치가 너무 좋아요. 바로 근처 카르프도 생겼어요. 따끈한 크로와상과 달콤한 과일도 사먹을수 있어요. 에펠탑 야경보기 정말 좋아요.
