great breakfast buffet and staff

The breakfast wasn’t very impressive and the room was fine.

Property is old and run down. Breakfast was crowded and did not have many options. Location is great.

My first time staying at this hotel and it’s near to everything and anything even to bell centre which I came there for Thank you 😊

Il y avait ce qu'il faut pour un café, les lits étaient confortables et propres. Il devrait penser à passer la balayeuse le long des murs et des traines, car beaucoup de poussière. Aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour.

Great location with friendly staff. The room was so spacious and very clean. Curtains could be more light proof. With downtown Montreal the sound from construction is inevitable, but to be expected for the convenience to Centre Bell.

Thank goodness the sheets were clean. That was about the only thing that was clean. The rooms are pretty run down. Clearly hasn’t been dusted in several weeks, paint peeling, not all lights working, etc.

Nous sommes répartis immédiatement apres avoir vous les saletés dans la chambre. Cheveux et poils dans le bain et dans les lits. Les coins de plancher avec beaucoup de poussière. Chambre en décrépitude. On ne devrait pas pouvoir louer ce genre de chambre. On n'a pas été remboursé.

Parking was a mess, it's off site at $40/night which wasn't communicated to us beforehand. It's also downtown so it was a little noisy through the night, though that's not on the hotel. The staff was excellent though, and very helpful and we liked our room, though there are a few spots that are starting to peel for the wallpaper. It was very close to a lot of attractions though, the downtown spot was excellent.

Il n'y avait pas de déjeuner et pas de stationnement. Le stationnement est plus loin sous un autre hôtel. Il y a un valet parking d'offert.

Location is excellent. Overall hotel is average. Rooms look better in pictures. Breakfast is the usual continental. Be prepared for long wait times to serve yourself and wait for a table. Parking, avoid the valet fee, I parked in front of hotel for free and no issue. You can also self park at garage which is the same garage they use.
