Rooms are always very clean! Beds are super comfortable. Staff are great!!!!

I didn't use the bar or Gym. Staff was friendly room was spacious and clean. Very satisfied with my over night stay.

The pool was very cold. There was no sauna and the gym had very little equipment. The room was excellent, nice and clean. Very comfortable beds

The Staffs were great. Gym should have a treadmill. Shampoo bottles should be bigger.

I have photos of how dirty the blinds were in the bathroom, Black spots all over them and dust completely covering them. Disgusting. The tv isn’t even facing the beds it’s facing a wall n bar table. Opposite of your bed and it doesn’t even rotate to face the bed. Honestly disappointed with this place sadly. Lobby is beautiful that’s it.

Travelled with family and pet, overall the hotel is very clean with friendly, helpful staff unfortunately all amenities were closed including both restaurants, no lounge, only 1 small coffee counter open only till 11am, there is no games room or pool table, no gift store - hotel description online is incorrect, yet hotel still charges resort fee $20/night and all related taxes and fees that make up over double the initial room rate. Pet charge $40, parking $20/night + multiple strange unrelated fees and taxes - final bill was 2 pages long! Hotel is conveniently located across from CanadaOne shopping Centre but you have to drive to get food. TV in the room has only few channels, half with poor reception, you need to rely on Wi-Fi and your own devices.

Hotel is quiet and clean. Staff is great, very helpful and accommodating. I have booked at this hotel before and location is great as well.

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, service was poor, and overall experience was terrible. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
